the hotel was renovated nicely since 2008 when i was there last, its probably the best value you can get for your money. if you are driving, definitely yes. its glatt kosher and the facility is new. as all hotels in Israel, breakfast is a lavish part of all hotels.

The hotel itself is not bad, the problem is the location! Away from it all, no shops or restaurants nearby. What is even worse on the day of Shabbat, which begins on Friday at dusk, when everything closes, public transport stops and you are dependent on taxis, which charge 25% more that day! You just get trapped inside the hotel!...

costumer service depends on how full the hotel is . My agent booked me for one day instead of two and when in the morning i tried to extend my stay they were very unhelpful, they didn't even try to make believe to try to accommodate me and put me out in the street. I stayed there last and noticed...

Location close to Bus station, close to the ministeries and parlament, but if you are a tourist that want to stay near to the old city you have chosen a wrong hotel. Very old hotel.not very clean this is why they abuse using spray for smell in stead of bether cleaning. Food ok. Internet very expensive. If you choose Ramada Wings,...

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and I can say this hotel is not worth the price. Rooms are old, not clean and not well maintened. Reception staff is unhelpful (especially female staff), food in the restaurant is really bad quality and there is no table service (there is only a self service restaurant but a 2 star hotel...

I havent stayed here in several years. I do not remember it as a great hotel, but it was fine. Apparently, it has deteriorated. Staff is somewhat surly. They have an 'Internet' room in which you have to drop coins into a machine to get access, but none worked. They charge for WiFi access, and as soon as you ask...

I have stayed in this hotel in November 2013 for 2 night. Hotel is very huge, but very dirty. Rooms are very dirty, furniture is used a lot. Breakfast was very poor - only 1 type of cheese. But very huge selection of vegetables.

I was told that this was a good hotel but, sadly, it wasn't. It is old and tired and desperately in need of a facelift. The bed was comfortable enough and the linen was clean but I got the feeling that Housekeeping really didn't care. Dirty coffee cups and used glasses remained on the bedside pedastal for 2 or 3...

The Ramada is conveniently located just a few blocks from the new light-rail system. Additionally, they offer a free shuttle service to many area sights. The entire hotel is kosher, and the food is excellent. The variety is impressive, and even non-observant guests will have nothing to complain about. There are plenty of fruits, salads and juices, as well as...

Don't be tricked into staying in the "Royal Wing". There are two towers in this hotel, and from what I can see it is like night and day. The Royal Wing should have been condemned years ago, the rooms are not what you see in the pictures, fungus growing in places fungus has no right growing in, holes in the...
