The hotel is fabulously located. The front desk staff friendly, professional, and helpful. The public spaces are pretty, and the windows frame the glorious ancient city beyond, sensational. Breakfast is wonderful. That said, we came to call this a "bimbo hotel," meaning, the hotel rooms are really beautiful, but not smart. The small space is made impossibly tight by the...

The rooms can be on the small side (we asked to move to a larger room), but the location is fantastic. The staff was very considerate, and the concierge got us a last minute reservation at one of Jerusalem's most sought after restaurants. As others have mentioned, the light switches are very odd and the glass wall between the bedroom...

I just returned from a business trip and can't wait to return with my wife. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was modern and very comfortable. I took advantage of the complimentary internet in the room. The gym was very nice with updated equipment and a very friendly staff. A copy of the Jerusalem post was at...

We chose the Mamilla for its location and reputation. We were not disappointed. We stayed in an executive room. Bedroom area separated from living room with a double pocket door. The living room had a sofa bed. The sofa bed did not look comfortable, but our daughter did not complain crashing on it on days she visited us. The bedroom...

Having stayed in many hotels in the country, we were highly impressed by the well trained staff, the overall atmosphere, and the facilities. The staff in particular was top-notch by global standards, in areas such as the front desk, dining room and rooftop bar. We liked the fact that there were fewer large noisy families than most local high-end hotels....
