I stayed here for 5 nights with a tour group. The staff were friendly & accomodating and the variety of food at breakfast & dinner was good. It is in walking distance of the Old City. The rooms are adequate, but the bathroom is very small & the towels were almost threadbare. There is a safe & hairdryer in the...

Good hotel. Not far from city center. Very nice and accomodating staff. breakfasts and dinners present nice variety of food, also nicely presented. Not too far from the Old City, perhpas 15 minute walk to Damascus Gate. Hotel had looby bar, although prices are rather high. Overall - good experience, especially if you are on a group trip.

The very hospitable, helpful, and all around delightful people at The Ritz are always there to help you. They speak English, too! Many of the rooms have small balconies. :) Close to lots of restaurants and shops with equally delightful people -- including a nice cleaner across the street and a great little falafel shop. The price is right, too.

i stayed here three nights with a tour group. The rooms were small, and well worn. The bathroom had the craziest sliding corner door shower that required proper alignment to avoid getting water all over the place. The area is just a couple of blocks from the old city walls. Lots of local shops and cafes to visit nearby. We...

I stayed in the Ritz hotel for a total of 2 weeks and this place quickly became home. The staff is is absolutely amazing. You can really tell they go out of their way to accommodate to you. I highly recommend befriending the staff as you will see them everyday and they are just genuinely nice people to know. For...

Comfortable enough I suppose, but ... No spare sockets in room (all were already in use for lights and fridge). The fridge was noisy. The pillows were really rubbish. There was no towel rail in the bathroom. The shower cubicle doors did not fit. The wifi was excruciatingly slow. It took us two requests to get an iron (apparently "it"...

I initially was a bit apprehensive about staying in East Jerusalem, based on friendly advice and online reviews. But the price differential was too big to not give it a try. It ended up being a great hotel, with friendly staff, nice breakfast, more than adequate accommodation, clean room and facilities. The neighborhood was not as scary as a some...

The service was wonderful and the room comfortable with a beautiful deck for relaxing. The hotel is walking distance to the old city and the staff helpful with directions. Their is a wonderful hidden away Restrurant near the hotel that has some of the best food I've ever eaten. The staff can direct you to that location. Having breakfast in...

Very good location - few steps from Herod's Gate and Damascus Gate. Close to Bus station to bus going to Betlehem. Rooms big and clean. Dining room very big. Food was good and big variety of things to eat. Wonderful view from a terrace.

Can't say enough about the service - friendly and attentive. Let us check in early and helped book us on tours over the next couple of days. Rooms are minimal but if you plan to spend all day touring around it's all you need.
