We recently stayed at Leonardo for a group tour. The location was great, clean hotel, and a short walk from the Damascus Gate of old city. Free breakfast. But that's the only pros about it. We came with a big tour group and showed up at 5pm. Earlier that day they had called our tour guide to confirm what time...

I belong to a group of 97 mixed race, mostly Asian pilgrims majority are US residents and have visited this country 2-5 times before. Most of us are world travelers but never did we have this kind of experience checking in anywhere else in the world even on a big group! THEY MADE US WAIT 5 HOURS to get checked...

Nice overall. Great location. 15 or 20 minute walk to some major shopping areas. Carpets in hallway on our floor seem a bit worn. Staff nice. Free international phone calls great to call home to make sure all is going well.

The lobby and the outside of the hotel are nice, but the rooms are not. We stayed on the 6th floor and it had a foul smell in the hallway. The room itself did not have a smell but the room was not in good shape. Everything is old, and the repairs have been done poorly. The bathrooms didn't seem...

are we americans the only ones who like to take a bath every now and again when we are finished touring a city? why do we have to call every single day for wash cloths when housekeeping takes them and doesn't replace them with clean ones? and no drain stopper? if you are supplying shower gel, don't you think it...

Enjoyed my five day stay at this hotel. It has tremendous customer service and very courteous staff. We were upgraded to top floor with a balcony and enjoyed our room immensely. The room was clean and well maintained. Just a bit dated but it did not really matter. Breakfast was very nice. Quiet room with many many choices for breakfast....

Stayed here for 3 nights in Jan and enjoyed it very much. The food is good and the location within 20 mins walk to the shopping mall. There is a gym room which has reasonable equipment to work those muscles, 2 treadmills, 2 cycling stations, 1 universal set and some free weights. Breakfast has a wide selection of cold and...

we had such a great experience at this hotel. While in the dining room my friend had a bit of a spell, we think from exhaustion as we were on the go. The dining room manager, Abed was very quick to help by calling on the hotels guest relations manager, Yael. She could not have been more kind and helpful....

Rooms are good. Nicely appointed however dining room is awful. Very very big. Big buffet always crowded. Wine on draft ! Pretty awful experience. Staff couldn't care less location is good very close to the old city. . Most unsuitable for the discerning guest
