Our bathroom was only one step away from needing renovation - the basin leaked and flooded the floor and our toiletries. Management offered no recompense or apology. Still waiting to hear from them. Apparently you get what you pay for.

The Hotel looks nice from the outside and the rooms do also. However, our bathroom was only one step away from needing renovation. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Another plus: every single taxi driver knows this Hotel and the location, which helps a lot. Breakfast is nice and healthy and the coffee machine is...

When I been in a vacation with my friend we thought it was a small and a great hotel. The hotel is really close to the bus stations, it is easy to get around with public transport. It is a really nice place with wonderful people including the chefs and the kitchen. The breakfast was ok, and the area is...

Very nice, clean comfort and familiar hotel. very nice, quite and good equipped rooms. Very good and rich breakfast. Cheaper than other hotels of this level in Jerusalem. Walk distance from the promenade of "Armon Hanatziv". A place to return again and again.

A cosy, good-service and family-like small hotel out of centre. Here you get maximum profit in price and quality. The personnel was really dedicated to the service. Only the noise from the corridor and other rooms was the problem (the doors and walls were probably not so thick or had bad noise isolation)

The room accommodations were excellent. The breakfast was just average. The only complaint I had was that this is the only hotel I have ever stayed at in Israel that made me check out before Shabbat was over.

I was very comfortable at the Eden. It's a hotel but it was almost like staying at a B&B. Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and great location. I'd definitely book there again. If you can, rent a suite. It's like having your own apartment in Jerusalem.

this small hotel is very quiet, situated very conviently, close to main communication arteries of the city. You are feeling part of the "hotel family almost from the moment of arrival. The stuff is helpful and always in place. The breakfast very good and you can take it outside to cozy garden. The rooms are basic but clean and airy.Definitely our choice...

The hotel owner and manager, the front desk staff, and the cooks/housekeepers were all so kind. It's rare to see such a joyous looking team on the job but these people all seemed genuinely happy to be there. What a difference this makes! Breakfasts were wonderful, lots of fresh salads, boiled eggs, cheeses, yogurt, and breads, and there's coffee, tea,...

I like this little heimlich hotel. People in charge are really nice and cooperative. One does not feel anonymous. Very good breakfast and quiet rooms 10' to Jerusalem center. I come every year and I plan to come again.
