Great small, quiet hotel. We spent 8 nights and it was good. We had a superior room. Not sure about some of the pics on this site. Everything was in good condition and bedding was also perfect. The staff was very helpful, booking tours, translating, and given us touring tips. Good location. It is only a 15 minute walk to... More

We originally booked with another hotel near by, but due to water damage of the recent rain, they upgraded us to City Center. The room is immaculately clean and comfortable. The bathroom and the shower are a joy to use. Check in and check out are smooth. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location in the heart of the new city but a 15 minutes walk to Jaffa Gate. Very helpful staff, suite cleaned daily. To go to Old city don't go all the way on Jaffa st but look at map and try to take short cut to take you through lovely Mamilla shopping centre. Take the Walking tour; its absolutely... More

The number of places I have stayed in the world that are fabulous but the staff let the establishment down are too many to mention. But here at the City Centre Suites in Jerusalem that would just never happen. The staff are indeed chosen carefully for their customer attentiveness, and a cut above the rest, nothing is too much trouble. I... More

It's difficult for me to rate this hotel "average" because of the perfect location and amazing staff. However, we found the room in need of refreshing (paint, etc), maintenance (several things needed fixing in the room), and a good scrubbing in the shower. The location is wonderful, a 5 minute walk in any direction takes you to wonderful restaurants, shopping,... More

My wife and I enjoyed a week here and were blessed by the drop in tourist traffic due to perceived danger after a couple of incidents of stabbing. (As we left Philadelphia there had been a stabbing there, as well, and we felt completely safe) While we saw armed military and police everywhere, our time was uneventful. This hotel, as... More

We had a great stay at the City Center Hotel Jerusalem. It is more like apartment living than hotel living which suited us just fine. We had a kitchen with a full size fridge, perfect for traveling with kids. Location is perfect, easy walk to shopping and market and about 15 minute walk to Old City. We were able to... More

This apartment hotel feels more like you are living in Jerusalem than a normal hotel. It is in a great location (but hard to find as it has only a door, not a traditional facade). Just around the corner from Ben Yehuda Street shopping area, also close to business office buildings, Madame Yehuda open air market (and Morris restaurant), a... More
