The room was in bad shape. Carpets had multiple cigarette burns on them. Furniture was dirty, it had paint chips on them from the ceitling. Got here on a Saturday night so it was extremely busy for Shabbat. Staff were nice. Hotel is old and it shows.

The location is excellent, but everything else is just adequate. The rooms are nice and clean, but small. Service at the front desk is prompt and congenial, but they had to be reminded to fulfill our requests. Avoid the small cafe in the lobby. The food is ok, but the service is terrible. You literally have to drag a waiter...

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Jerusalem for a conference in 2016. The hotel is well located, clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was properly amazing! Granted, the place could use a general lifting. The spa was the only real negative point. It was loud and everything but quiet, which is a bit counterproductive. The sauna looked like...

For years have been coming here for the location. Every year the level is going lower and lower. The rooms are old and not well kept ( black out does not cover the window, stinky carpets, old furniture and else). Cigarette smoke is all over the rooms, and when I called reception, the answer was that I could change rooms...

The location of this hotel is good - take advantage of local spots within walking distance. The hotel is a work in progress. The rooms appear to have been updated, but are dark with minimal lighting. The bathrooms have not been touched and need work. Discolored vanity and our shower did not provide hot water. We had two rooms, so I...

Lovely hotel, joyful and helpful people at the front desk. Rooms are clean, pillows are extra comfortable. The pool is huge and well warmed, i did notice a stray cat in there though.. but im starting to get the impression that cats are everywhere here in Israel...especially in the old city. Breakfast was good, the perosn in charge (tall bald...

The hotel is overall Ok. The main good thing about it is it's location, it's right in the middle of the city; right next to the central bus station which you can use to go almost anywhere(Tel-aviv,Haifa,Eilat,..) it's also very close to Mahne Yehuda-a very nice shops area. i would mention that the pool needs more often cleaning, and the...

The hotel is nice, the style is kinda oldish.. but still ok. the food is delicious whether at the open buffet dinning room, or at the lobby or ordering to the room. the Lobby staff are truly kind, helpful, and professionals. I must point out that Sami & his co-worker Islam treated us like kings, they were very friendly, chatty, which...

Visiting Isreal was not on my short list of "to-do's" so having been afforded the opportunity to do so was nothing short of a blessing. Among several places that we stayed the Crown Plaza in Jerusalem was the one that we spent most of our nights in. While the building itself was a bit under the usual standards of a...

Stayed here for a few days to explore the area and left a bit disappointed. The hotel is old and very dated (which is fine) but we found the hotel room and public spaces very dusty and in poor condition. You could see where they have painted over items rather than line up with tape. The carpet in the bedroom...
