The only thing laid back about this hotel is the staff. Maintenance, cleaning and the front desk do as little as possible. I have travelled for many years (60 countries) and I have never been too a hotel were no one seems to care about...More
- the hotel is huge, with a great and elegant lobby, café, plaza, gym etc.
- it is situated very close to public transportation (tram stop and bus station)
- dining hall is also huge, and groups have their designated/reserved tables
- buffet type...More
They service at Front Desk so bad. They really don't care for guest and so easy say "sorry we can't or sorry we don't know". The room not bad. But the service was bad. They know I will write here. And they just said: "oke"
We arrived late, so I did not want to give any importance to the fact that the bed sheets had big holes on them. However in the morning, when I woke up there were cockroaches everywhere, they even manage to get inside my camera!!!!
