We arrived half way through our whirlwind tour of Israel to find an oasis of excellence. We paid for an upgraded Old City view room and were upgraded to a beautiful suite. The room was as luxurious as they come. Heavenly bed, oversize bathroom complete with soaking tub and heated towel bar, large comfortable seating area. The staff were professional...

This was my third stay at the King David. The first 2 were not hits... I found the service poor, the clientele somewhat formal and the unfurnished room simply awful. I probably wouldn't have stayed a 3rd time but the choice was in someone else's hands. What had changed: - I found the service much warmer. Still not perfect (noone...

This hotel had so much character and history that it I was such a thrill to have stayed there! I was part of a group of friends who trekked to the Holy Land. The trip was a gift from a friend and mind you, the experience was one of the best gifts ever! I saw Sir Winston Churchill, Ronald Reagan...

Of all the great hotels this was by far the best service we ever had. The staff was OUTSTANDING!!! I can't even list all the details but you will not be disappointed. The history is incredible. Try to get an Old City view. The breakfasts with many fresh squeezed juices was my favorite. They makes point not to buckle and...

We went to the restaurant at the King David Hotel to have a bottle of wine and some appetizers. It took an hour to be served with the wine. Even longer for the appetizers. The host said it was because of Ramadan-- many of the servers are Muslim and had gone home to break the fast with their families. This...

Stayed at the Kind David in a suite for 3 nights as we explored the Old City of Jerusalem and parts of Israel nearby. Service was outstanding and the view over the Old City was spectacular. Go see Schwartz (sp?) in the Hotel bar!!

During our visit to Jerusalem this August we with my husband stayed in the King David. The King David is marvelous, charming and very comfortable hotel. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! It is only 10 minutes walking from the old city (Jaffa Gate), so we visited Western Wall, Bazar and then Mount of...
