I have stayed in The David Citadel Hotel three previous times. Again, the location is ideal, being on the back side of The Mamilla Mall and a short 5-8 minute walk to The Old City. Their rooms are clean, elegant, and if one plans well, they would have the best view staying on a higher floor overlooking the hotel's beautiful...

I wouldn't normally stay at a hotel in this price bracket, but we had limited time in Israel and wanted a hotel in a good location that would enable two jet-lagged travellers to sleep and charge up the batteries, to enable us to face the enormity of Jerusalem. This hotel delivered. Great location 5 minutes from Jaffe Gate. Close to...

Enjoyed staying at the David Citadel along with hundreds of Montrealers. It's a fantastic hotel with attentive staff and gorgeous amenities. While at the pool I met a terrific young man, Amir, who works at the grill pool restaurant. Coincidentally he had lived in Montreal some time ago so we bonded instantly. Another lovely young woman, Mariana, from guest relations...

The staff, room, amenities, food and ambience combined to create a faultless backdrop to experiencing the magnificence of Jerusalem. From our arrival to our departure four nights later, we were met with helpful, friendly and approachable staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a memorable introduction to the warmth and dedication of the Israeli people. It...

While the hotel was very impressive, rooms were great, lounge, breakfast and service were all top-notch, I gave it just 4, not 5, because of the absence of irons and ironing boards in every room. One has to call the guest service to obtain these, and if there are many business guests in the hotel, the guest service apologizes and...

The Citadel David appears to be a "business hotel", but it is luxurious in many ways. The breakfast is sumptuous, with a huge variety and quantity of local and traditional foods, all excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable, though not large, but very modern. Our room faced King David Street, and I expect...

The staff was so attentive. The view from the dining - porch area- not to be beat- the view of the Walls of The Old City. Steps from Mamilla MallThe sops especially Avi Luvaton had Major creative Judaic items that after Use could easily become Family heirlooms. The room was very nice and the front desk staff very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was terrible, very expensive and our waitress made us feel like we were not welcome. The breakfast spread was very good. If you stay there eat elsewhere.
