"Samir" was a super star! He took care of our family's every request during breakfast. The entire hotel staff was tremendous. The hotel is less than a five minute walk to the old city. This place was great experience!

We really enjoyed our long weekend in the Citadel. The hotel is in the best location in Jerusalem. The staff are friendly and helpful. Fantastic facilities, breakfast first rate. Bed a bit too firm for me. Although not cheap the hotel represents good value.

Beautiful hotel. Ata Bayah and Samer took care of us in the dining room every breakfast. They were most attentive and amazed our children with wondeful and creative artwork in their hot cocoa! The hotel is in a perfect location for visiting Jerusalem. The views are fantastic!

Recognizing limits when you experience them is an important capability in life. This is how I felt when I stayed at the David Citadel in the center of Jerusalem. The rooms are big, clean to the last particle of dust, the heated pool invites you around the clock, breakfast is great, with Said the star of the waiting staff attending...

We absolutely love the David Citadel Hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights in early March 2017 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is very modern and extremely well maintained. The staff is very helpful and works hard to take care of their guests. We loved the amazing breakfast buffet and of course we ate way too much everyday....

The breakfast staff was amazing! They made us feel so special and made the best cappuccinos with everything forming camels to cats. Samir, Samer and Ata greeted us with smiles every morning. And the chef Naser Qutena worked hard to keep us happy. We are so grateful for all the kind and friendly service.

We've stayed at three different hotels in Jerusalem (including the Waldorf), and David Citadel is the best. The room was very clean (and kept that way without staff ever disturbing us). We got an Old City view which was marvelous in the evening as we unwound. Every morning we were greeted by Said who treated us like royality. David Citadel...

This is the best hotel i have ever experienced! I cannot think of anything negative to say... the food was excellent with numerous choices, rooms were immaculate, the bathroom was modern with luxurious items to use, hotel lobby and conference areas were beautiful and spacious. We attended a large group tour gathering from the USA with Governor Mike Huckabee. Everything...

The David Citadel is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location with easy access to Mamilla Mall and entrance through Jaffa Gate to the Old City. We stayed in a lovely room with a beautiful view.
