I have been to the hotel several times but the hotel experience was simply incredible because of the attention to detail of Mr Manuel Arbid- the Assistant Front Office Manager. He made this stay pleasurable and was instrumental in coordinating various aspects of my stay. He is an important asset to the hotel and I had a very similar positive...

The David Citadel has a great location close to the old city. The rooms are spacious and many have terrific views of Jerusalem. The breakfast has a nice variety of good quality foods and fruits. We were fortunate to get a room on the 5th floor with a terrific balcony. It got sun in the morning and a fabulous view...

12 of my family and I stayed there last week, ages from 6 to 66. Great pool for the kids, rooms OK but no more, though views of the Old City are a big plus, very evocative. Each of us on arrival was separately offered a paid "upgrade" for hundreds of dollars by a very pushy receptionist. We all declined...

Very hard to compete the stunning view and location of the citadel. Located just outside the old city, walking distance from most of the attraction. Service and rooms are great, and breakfast is also very good. Don't miss the pool- complete relaxation with great view.

Sometimes you do not understand the way an hotel is managed. The David Citadel is a classic 5 stars hotel of Jerusalem, I have slept there several times but I have to say that I encountered this week an uncommon situation for such an institution. We were around the swimming pool and we wanted to have a quick lunch by...

High end luxury hotel near everything a tourist would want to see. Great bathroom. Clean hotel. Very good service. Pretty and well maintained. Very good buffet breakfast with superb and friendly waiters. Ata and Amir are both top of the line waiters. Pool bar has poor service. Also, not enough chairs by the pool at peak times. Concierges ranged from...
