This hotel is nice - a step below a nice Marriott as a point of comparison. The hotel is a 10 minute taxi ride or a 45 minute walk from the Old City. This hotel caters to Holy Land tours. There is a buffet for breakfast and dinner. The food was good - but the variety did not change much... More

First class style. Great food, beautiful architecture, spacious, clean, WIFI, overall amazing place to stay. The only thing holding me back from giving this place 5 stars is that the staff basically ignored me when I was locked out of my room at around 1 AM. I went to the front desk THREE times within an hour to tell them that... More

We stayed here four nights. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views over Jerusalem. It was central to all the places our group traveled to, yet out of the hubbub of the city. The food was amazing, ate way too much. Felt very safe and looked after.

I stayed at here a few weeks ago and had a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and hotel was beautiful and clean. I accidentally left something in the closet and called the front desk after I checked out to check the room and see if it was there. I got connected to Yomtov who was great. Not only... More

We stayed here on a tour with Inspiration Travel. The hotel was very nice in all of the common areas, and the people we interacted with were very pleasant. Since we were with a tour, we received our room keys on our way to the hotel, so we did not need to wait in line to check-in. That was very... More

We spent five nights at the Dan Jerusalem with a large tour group. The first room we were assigned was not acceptable to us. There was a foul smell in the room and the mattress on the bed was horrible. I talked to the desk staff and they sent a young man down to spray something in the room. That... More

We selebrated big 65 for my father. Ordered 4 rooms. No room with a view as was ordered. Tried to talk to the menager but he lied to us The hotel was too old, dirty, many things broken. The breakfast was pretty poor compared to the veriety we used to in other Dan hotels. So never again!!!
