Hotel was quite okay. The hallway was clean, the view of Jerusalem was spectacular right by the lobby floor area. Room 2108 was very average, no toothbrush, no slippers or sandals, lack of basic amenities you would find in hotels. No water in the room...no smiles even by the frontdesk people. Breakfast was excellent...a lot of varieties...love the yoghurt, tuna,...

Stayed at this hotel with a group tour. Upon arrival was well greeted by staff and concierge helped to bring our heavy bags to the rooms. Welcome drink was inviting and staff was friendly. Was told that the hotel was renovated recently, I have been here in Jun 2010 and again in Dec 2013 and could see the vast changes...

Our part of 3 adults and one 9-year old recently spent 3 nights at the Dan Jerusalem Hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and well appointed. We loved the pillow menu and tried 3 different types of pillows, and slept very soundly as a result. The view over Jerusalem was terrific and we did have a verandah, although we...

I stayed at the Dan Jerusalem for the first time with my wife for 2 days. We were at the executive room. We had a great view from the room and an entrance to the new launch. The breakfast was very good , with all kind of fish, eggs, cheese and vegetables. But most of all ... The staff that...

Paid a lot for an run-down property and smelly room. Free internet only available in lobby. This was slightly offset by good service at the front desk. The location was a bit far from the old city but if you are ok with the train you can make it work. I think you can find better options at this price...

We had a lovely relaxing weekend. The executive room has a huge bed, with super-comfy cushions! The lounge is very pleasant to sit in, and the refreshments are great! (Tea, coffee, wine, water, dried fruit and nuts, fresh fruit, selection of cheeses, selection of cookies and cakes, and more...) The cafe and room service serve nice food. The spa is...

I found the hotel to hint at the high quality it must have had in the past, unfortunately maintenance could have been better and the hotel could use an overhaul. The rooms are average, so is the layout of the dining room which causes ng lines to form at the buffet. The food is quite good, but rather unimaginative, with...
