The experience of our stay was very bad on many counts. People at reception were usually unfriendly and wore a frown . Rooms were worn out , dusty and impersonal. Carpet in the gallery (2nd floor) stinks and so does the small fridge in the room. Bathroom fittings were coming out and doors needed some effort to close. In my...

We stayed here as part of a group tour. The rooms were very dusty and dirty. The table tops were not cleaned and the carpet was sandy at the corners. After entering the room my skin started to itch. My room heater was spoilt. After informing the reception for 2 days, they changed our room. The second room was cleaner...

Below, you will fin sections of an email drafted to the management of this hotel: 1. Very rude personnel. I arrived and no "good evening", nothing. I expected at least a cordial receptionist after traveling for over 16 hours oversea and we arrived at midnight. I asked what room number I was assigned. He did not even have the courtesy...

The rooms are comfortable, well supplied with toiletries & hair dryer, housekeeping every day. The tram line to old city and other Jerusalem area is right outside the door. The front desk staff is very nice, very helpful. The buffet breakfast & dinner are both exceptional! Great value for a mid-range price. I'd stay here again if (when?) we ever...

I stayed here three nights for a conference. Staff was helpful and the hotel is well located for the university, about 10 minute walk. The room was of average quality but clean. The cleaners started knocking on the doors even before 0900 which I found a little early. Also, there were two male cleaners that were permanently shouting in the...

Even so the Hotel is located a little outside of the old town, you can easily reach it by train (slow walk 5 minutes to the station). The ticket can be drawn by the ticket mashine. It is one station to the Central Bus Station and only 7 Stations to the Dmascus Gate. The station at the hotel is called...
