Well positioned on bus route to city centre and old city. Sherut to and from Tel Aviv airport also runs on this route. Good curio shop. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed it here and experienced the hospitality of this fine hotel.

Very unfotunate to have such a bad service. The air conditioner was cooling instead of heating the room in a very cold rainy day. It took the service handy man 1 and half hours to come and fix it. The wind was also coming in from the outside balcony door and the room was freezing cold when we got in...

I was in Jerusalem overnight for a wedding at Ramat Rachel - so staying at the venue made it all so easy. The room was comfortable and covered most needs. The bar fridge was painfully noisy (so we unplugged it solving that problem). Free wifi was accessible in the room if one huddled up against the room door - and...

Very comfortable spacious rooms and friendly helpful staff in stark contrast to our last stay in Mitzpe Ramon . Breakfast buffet a little strange and difficult to find things but overall good experience.

We just finished a six-night stay and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms, buffet breakfast and dinners, staff, and environment are totally wonderful. The petting area of the kibbutz is great for kids. Only 15 minutes to the center of Jerusalem, it is in a great location, overlooking Bethlehem and other communities. We got lots of good help...

At at the hotel 'restaurant' as part of a tour group. The food on offer was actually atrocious - see photo if you need confirmation. Meat over cooked. Vegetables so over cooked they could be mashed without even needing to hold the plate. Potatoes were hard in the middle. Food slopped on the plate like a school cafe - seriously...

The staff is so kind and helpful. The food is very good and the workout area is the best I think in Israel. The room was clean/comfortable and quiet. From my room I had a view of Bethlehem. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel and it was nice. Elevator was a bit small, but adequate.
