Good location, good breakfast, water, tea and coffee, clean room with a fridge. I was here with a group of travelers for 4 nights. But big noise at night, loud music and parties every night at restaurants near the hotel.

We spend in Zion Hotel two nights and we were satisfied with its services. Room was clear, with good working AC/heater, also with fridge. The buffet breakfast included in price was very tasty and various.

Zion Hotel, is a perfect position from where to visit Jerusalem. Situated near the city center, accessible to tram services, old city central station and mahane yehuda. Museums are easy accessible via tram too. The staff is exquisite, kind, available and honest. Very correct too: we had a problem with the booked guide from Italy, and when we asked help...

Small but clean rooms and of course noisey since you are in a good location within many Bars and Restaurants. But for the price you pay, you get a good breakfast and friendly, helpful employees. Might not be the best option, but I would return.

The hotel stinks of old age, lack of hygiene, and careless attitude by the owners. Indeed, reception guys are nice but come on- so what if the hotel is I the center of city. I was relieved not to find that dead prostitute in my bed - like in the four rooms...

The hotel is situated in a good location within Jerusalem and the overall customer service was as expected. However, we were very disappointed with other areas of the hotel, such as food, room comfort and sleeping conditions. The room was very basic and the bathroom was in poor condition, perhaps due to its age, none the less it was not pleasant...

It took us ages to find the hotel and even taxi drivers seemed a bit lost to help us out but we did in the end and being in the heart of Jerusalem makes it fun to stay in. Tidy room and friendly staff members made this stay a memorable one and hopefully will be back

Perfectly located in downtown Jerusalem. Short walk to old city. Room basic but clean. Bar downstairs is noisy BUT quiet down at midnight. Would return but with earplugs........................... Nice basic breakfast.
