The location of the hotel was fantastic. It was easy to find for those who new to the Old city, Jerusalem. The staff were all kind and helpful which made me feel home away from home. Breakfast was plenty and good. The room was spacious and comfy. A fridge and an electric kettle were provided in room. There was no...

My wife & I stayed here for 6 nights and loved every bit of it. Sure it isn't a 5 star hotel, but there is no such thing within the Old City. We have been to Jerusalem 4 times and this is our first time stopping in the actual Old City itself. If we come here again we will only...

A very good location for a trip in the Old city of Jeruzalem. Verry friendly people. Our friend went to de Sarah Zedek hospital for a hartatack. De managers of the hotel helped us verry good and are verry friendly. De rooms are clean and very quiet. A good reason to visit the hotel next year.

The New Imperial is extremely convenient. It lies just inside the Jaffa Gate in the Old City of Jerusalem. The shopping street (David Street) is just a few feet away as is the David Tower. The Wailing Wall, Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Temple Mount, etc. are just a short walk away. The owner is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Better location, imposible. A real museum hotel, good services, old but beautiful at the same time. Definetively I will come back in my next trip to Jerusalem. Perfect to visit all the holy places, specially the Kotel (Western Wall).

One of the problems with travel is that it is often difficult to find a hotel that is not the same as others. This one is very differnt. it is situated just inside the old city and location for looking around Jerusalem is terrific. The Hotel itself is very old, in fact one of the oldest hotels in Jerusalem. The staff including the manager were very helpful. we asked a quiet room and we had a very quiet room. We went there for a wedding, and some of the guests in the wedding said that they stayed at 5 star hotels and could not sleep due to the bomb alarms during midnight (many times) and the service was very...

We where a large group of people meeting up in Jerusalem and we where all very happy with the stay. The rooms are all different and have their own charm. The staff is very helpful and nice, the breakfast buffet is generous and the location off course is perfect for sightseeing. A lovely place to stay whether you are by...

We visited Jerusalem many times, every time slept in New Imperial. This year we were positively surprised, they changed solo much. Dinning room completely changed, coffee shop in the 1 floor, receptionist desk new, staircase new, free access to the roof, where bar will be newly constructed. Last time, I wrote, that only 1 thing I would like to see...
