Staff very friendly and helpful. We would like to come again. Hotel very good situated, i.e. quite in the centre of the city of Jerusalem. So most destinations in the city can be reached by foot. Except in the Hotel: Car parking a Little bit problematic, very narrow.

I spent 2 nights here. Room was clean but a little small. Hotel's staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast not great but it's ok. Walking distance to old town perhaps 10 minutes. A lot of food and restaurants nearby the hotel. Good to stay here if you want to visit Jerusalem.

My room had thin walls and a connecting door to the adjacent room that wasn't airtight in any way. People next door were very noisy and smoking God knows what. My room was full of that smoke and smell. The staff is very friendly though.

My room was small, but quiet. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The front desk staff was pleasant, and most of them spoke English. Breakfast was okay, but not great. The location was good, 15 minute walk to the Old City.

The Eldan Hotel Jerusalem was a terrific find. It's location is easy access to the old city thru the Jaffe gate and also to the exciting open air markets and cafes on and around Jaffe street. Fourth floor corner room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and had a wonderful view of the historic and architecturally interesting YMCA building in Jerusalem....

The location and the breakfast are the best things about the Eldan Hotel. It's a 10-minute walk in one direction to the Jaffa Gate/Old City, and a 10-minute walk in the other to restaurant/shopping district. The staff were very helpful, although we did have to ask three times for extra pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and kosher; on Saturday mornings...

Excellent location, nice staff, good breakfasts, nice rooms. Very close to the Old Town. For tourists it fits perfectly. Not the most expensive by Israeli standards - $ 130 a day for a standard room!!
