Reception was efficient and welcoming. The lobby was comfortable and had a complimentary refreshment available in the late afternoon. The rooms are well appointed with a nice sconce which lit up the room in addition to bedside lamps. Huge windows are draped very nicely behind a handsome wooden desk. Beds were very comfortable. The dining room was very comfortable and...

We chose this hotel because we knew we would have a car, and we didn't want any hassle with it. The hotel has its own parking lot which is a bit like entering an underground maze- I was very happy we'd opted for a small car. Extensive breakfast, helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

We chose this hotel due to its wonderful location, easy walk to the Old City and other museums/markets we wanted to visit. They were very accommodating, as we arrived at 6am, and could leave our heavy luggage until the later check in time, and we were made to feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, afternoon tea and snacks a treat!...

Our stay at the Eldan Hotel was wonderful. The hotel has a good size lobby and serves refreshments in the afternoon and early evening. The breakfasf had a lot of tasty choices. Dinner is available as well. The staff was informed and helpful. One of the staff members, Adit, called a museum for us and helped confirm our return flight....

Location is great - near Mamila, Old City. We arrived at 6 AM, and were greeted warmly. Though we could not get our room that early, we left our luggage and were directed to Mamila for coffee. That afternoon when we returned, our room was ready - lovely room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels, a teapot and tea and coffee....

Small, charming hotel in historically built building. Four floors. Rooms were clean. Higher than average ceiling height made room feel larger than it was. Friendly, helpful staff day and night. Awesome location in Jerusalem.

Check in was quick and efficient as was check out. There was parking available under the hotel which was a huge plus factor and the staff allowed me to keep my car there a couple of hours after check out. The hotel is not fancy but it isn't basic either. The room was a good size and it was clean...
