my husband and I vacationed in Israel and stayed at Lev Yerushalyim for 10 days. The service was excellent. Every day we had fresh towels, our beds made and floors washed. The apartment/hotel was small and a little dated but clean which was of utmost importance. The staff was very helpful with all questions and inquiries. We would definitely return...

I came to stay in Jerusalem for one night. Picked this hotel as a budget pick... The place is indeed very outdated and not well maintained. The surrounding areas smell like urine and so does the staircase. The rooms are okay but old and shabby, beds and pillows are very worn. There is no parking and not much around for...

If you are in Jerusalem, Israel the best place to stay is Lev Yerushalayim. It is 1 minute walking to Ben Yehuda and 2 mins walking to Mahane Yehuda Market. If you are looking for Judaica it is 5 minutes walking to Mea Shearim and 3 Minute walk to Jaffa shopping. Location Location Location.... Breakfast is great and the staff...

We ve been visiting Jerusalem for 6 days in November 2012 and stayed there. The location is exellent! 5 minutes to Jaffa street, 15 minutes walk to the Old City. Lots of caffes and restaurants within 1-10 minutes distance. The furniture is old and shabby but who cares about it in Jerusalem! The hotel staff is very friendly and they...

the hotel is very, very, very outdated. from the gross and dirty bathroom, to the gross hallway the only upside to this place is it's location and it's cheap. the people behind the front desk were rude and obnoxious and had probably never heard of the term customer service before. next time i'm in israel its worth the extra money...

Dear Mr Aviv. We would like to thank you and your management staff for all your excellent and attentive service. All our needs and requests were met with a smile. The staff on the front desk, cleaning, and dining room were very helpful and all the meals we enjoyed there were delicious. It was a pleasure to spend our week...

Not much to write home about here. Room was big but drastically outdated. Bathroom seemed dirty because it was so old. The bed was not super comfortable but sufficient. No free Internet was a let down. Probably wouldn't recommend this to someone wanting a really NICE place to stay. This is more for the budget traveler who needs a place...

We stayed at this hotel 3 times over the past few years. It is an apart-hotel and its main attraction is that it is at the T-junction of King George Street and Ben Yehuda Street, which is one of the main streets in Jerusalem for shopping and for restaurants. The hotel is a tall building with two elevators, a large...

I have been returning here twice a year for ten years. The service is excellent, the staff is extremely accommodating, and they have definitely made Lev Yerushalayim a home away from home. Add the great location in the heart of Jerusalem, and the comfortable size if the suites and I highly recommend Lev Yerushalayim to everyone.

Excellent location. Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful around the clock. Very basic furnishing in suite - vinyl floors, 1 sleeper couch for loung furniture, plastic garden chairs for dining area.. Crockery/kitchen utensils supplied on payment of US$35 due to kosher requirements. Rooms serviced daily but really do need some deep cleaning rather than the superficial wipe down given....
