This is a nice and great hotel that has great amenities and beautiful rooms. However, it was very difficult for me to find water (without purchasing it) when the kitchen was closed. I also recommend the Shabbat meals that are offered to clients.

Upon our arrival there was no room in the hotel parking lot. I was dismayed to discover that the public parking (for a fee) though ample was not convenient in that you have to purchase a parking ticket from a machine that will not give you more than 3 hours parking at a time. Parking is free from 18:00 to...

If you're a teenager in a group, this is a great place for you. If you're not, steer clear. At night the hotel was full of groups; by day, the pool area was FULL of Israeli kids summer camps. Not ideal if you want to relax. When we arrived, we were most disappointed with our room and I made notes...

Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights whilst touring Israel and Jordan. The hotel is in a good location 5 minutes walk from the light railway. We found the staff helpfull and the facilities great. There was lots of choice for breakfast. The pool was a God send after a busy day of sightseeing!!!! We would recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very clean and central to get around Jerusalem. Its not even a 5 minute walk to the light train station and takes about 20mins to get to the old city. The breakfast has plenty of choice. This is the 2nd time at this hotel and wouldn't hesitate on returning.

The Jerusalem Gardens hotel has nice and comfortable rooms. It is a bit worn out and may need a renovation. If you happen to stay at a high floor you will have a very nice view of the city. The free parking of the hotel is overcrowded. There are parking places in the street below for parking fee. The hotel...
