We just returned from a night stay at Arthur hotel. To start with the good staff - the hotel is greatly decorated, located perfectly and fairly clean. Breakfast has varied and the happy hour of 17:00-19:00 is a hit. Now to the cons - it seems like the management somewhat forget the personal side. Some of the personnel are not...

Although cars cannot reach Arthur, you will be sent an electric car to pick you up near by, that was very convenient for me. The lobby is not impressive, just cool enough, but the people at the front desk are kind, smiling and helpful. The breakfast is gorgeous, and happy hour excellent, you can drink as much wine as you...

So happy to see that the Arthur hotel is still a great place to stay. The hotel has kept its freshness and all still feels new. The Arthur is a very personal hotel and all the staff is extremely friendly. Feels like a family. Very nice breakfast. Some rooms have a small balcony. Very convenient location.

We stayed here two nights, good location in pedestrian zone and ten minutes walk to Jaffa Gate. Our room was facing the street so there was loud music on Saturday night. Breakfast room was dark with very average food and the service very unfriendly and unwelcoming! Our room was nicely decorated but the bathroom was very small and dark.

Great location on an alley off Jaffa Road, with numerous good bars nearby. Room was spacious, nicely decorated (arty, not corporate); big, clean bathroom. Breakfast was reasonably extensive but geared to middle east tastes, so don't expect generic international fare. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Beware that you can't get a cappuccino on the Sabbath, as it involves pressing a button,...

This is an excellent place to stay; it is very conveniently located (and right on the light rail too). There was attention to detail in the room and it was quite comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The front desk staff was also very helpful - especially Aliza. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to...
