We did not have a good experience. Firstly, we had problems with communication with the owner (we requested a very early check-in at 7AM after a night flight and ended up told that all rooms were full and we can have a coffee or a nap in a park until people start checking out). Then we got a room which...

I'm very sorry that this guest was disappointed, I can understand his disappointment As the quest mention It was due to misunderstanding his request for early check in the morning quite often our guests are coming late at night or early in the morning and asking to know if they can check in late at night or early in the...

The highlights of the hotel were the excellent location, and the friendly service. The hotel was very conveniently located just off Jaffa Road within easy reach of the bus station (a 15 min walk, or 4 stops on the tram) and the old city (10 min walk). The owner was very friendly and hospitable, giving us a city map and...

I have waited long enough to post about my wonderful experience at the Kaplan Hotel in Jerusalem. My family stayed at the Harmony and for only $60/night i was a 5-minute walk from them, a great location near Zion Square and the City Center train stop. Plenty of good food nearby, expensive and budget. Jaffa Street shopping for clothes, groceries,...

I had a two night stay at the Kaplan a couple of weeks ago. So many reviews focus so much on the kind owners and not on the property that I was surprised by the facility itself. PRO's -- the location is indeed great just ten minutes from the Old City, in a safe area with shops, cafes, etc. all...

If you want to spend your tourist money on touring, instead of on your hotel, this is the place to stay. It is in the perfect location, in the middle of the pedestrian boulevard, two buildings off Jaffa Street and Ben Yehuda. The host, Eli Wasserman, is just incredibly helpful. The room is simple and clean, with a fridge, a...

First off, I have to join the other reviewers in their praise of Eli as a wonderful host - I arrived extremely early in the morning, but he greeted me with a smile, gave me the room keys and a bottle of water, told me to get some sleep and come back when I was ready to check in. Later,...

I stayed here with my brother in July. I wasn't too familiar with the area but the owner of the hotel gave me booklets and recommendations of fun things to do in the surrounding area. Very friendly and pleasant owner, extremely accommodating, best location near plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Clean rooms with wifi and TV. Bang for your...
