Stayed an extra two nights after leaving bags at the lobby while on tour to Petra, Jordan. Great service - no extra charge for checking out and checking in the next day, providing to-go breakfast if going on tours early in the morning, very helpful staff like Nirvana, Just a walking distance to the Garden of the Tomb and Damascus...

Very accommodating staff and professional. Great location for exploring the Old City and close to Palestinian bus station. For budget hotel, great service - booking taxis, same day laundry, good wifi, room service, two elevators. Recommended.

Stayed there for one night while traveling thru Israel with my family. Both my wife and I had a hard time falling asleep during the night. Both of us had a strange itch that we could not explain. (This is the first time me and my wife had experienced bed bugs so we could not tell the signs.) in the...

National Hotel is located in the heart of Jerusalem's busiest shopping districts, generally ok, very busy on Thursday as schls finish half day,  Friday nd Saturday  buzzing. 10 minute walk from Herod's Gate, an entrance into Jerusalem's Old City into masjid Al aqsa. Parking and Wi-Fi are both free. Rooms are air conditioned and spacious, and feature a modern décor....

I had occasion to stay at the National Hotel many times over the last years for work and found the staff to be kind, trustworthy and friendly. The breakfast is exceptional and there are great restaurants near by or a rooftop restaurant. Id call this place great value for money, it is not the most modern hotel I have stayed...

The hotel is located in the Muslim part of Jerusalem, close to the Herod's Gate to the old city. Our room was ok, bathroom was fine, too. Breakfast was good, typically Palestinian, copious. The whole place was not really well-kept, carpets in the hallways fairly dirty, outside of the building dirty and in need of a paint-brush.

Had a reasonably comfortable stay considering price. Would advise future guests to bring their own bedroom slippers for a more comfortable stay. Good location. Reasonable breakfast spread. 10 mins walk to Aqsa and plenty of convenience shop around.

This is an Arabic Hotel, close to Herod and Damascus gates of Old City. The room allocated to us is spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Meals are nice and fresh. Towels are quite aged. It would be better if the hotel can provide bottle water, tea bags etc in room.

This hotel was excellent value for money, very near the old City and transport. The buffet breakfast was extremely good with hot choices and even better eggs and a selection of omelettes on request. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We just stayed one night at this hotel and it was a good choice. Located in the east side of Jerusalem it's very close to the old city as well as the bus station where you can take a bus to Bethlehem. The tram stop is right next to the bus stop and from there you can take a tram...
