My dad and I are Christians and this was a hotel that respected that and took great care of us. Nirvana took us in as her family and I think we spent more time talking at the front desk than in our room. The location was perfect and we in the middle of all that we need whether it be...

On our recent family trip to Israel we spent 4 nights in the National Hotel Jerusalem. Israel gets a lot of bad press but our family including 3 small children felt very safe. This hotel in east Jerusalem is excellent value for money and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming. The service provided was first class. The hotel is...

We stayed here for 5 nights and I cannot praise the professional and friendly attitude of the staff highly enough. The excellent service began even before we arrived, arranging our airport transfers. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival. Our rooms (all three) were ready and beautifully clean and check in was swift and easy. The restaurant on...

The hotel is strategically located at the heart of Jerusalem. It is in the Muslim quarter very near to the Old City. It is a base going to Bethlehem, Hebron, Jaffa, Jericho and Jerusalem. If you care to walk, the various gates/historical sites are ten to fifteen minute walk from the hotel. Is has local shops nearby and across it is...

I've stayed at the National Hotel Jerusalem in the summer of 2014 when people were cancelling their reservations because of the conflict in Jerusalem. But we felt very safe there and we enjoyed our stay, it was the best trip ever! We haven't seen any conflict, so we even thought that maybe the media was exaggerating. The people at the...

We enjoyed our stay at the National Hotel. Nirvana, at the reception desk took such good care of us. Even calling us on her day off from home to make sure we were OK! She is without a doubt the very best of the best. Some mornings we had an early tour and missed breakfast so she had a box...

My Wife and i stayed here in January. Fantastic staff especially the young lady at reception. We arrived a wee bit early and i think we got the best room in the hotel. The hotel is maybe in the best position to visit the holly city area just 5 mins walk to jaffa gate. We had dinner hotel in the...

Located in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem roughly 15 minutes walk from Damascus Gate of the Old City. I was really happy I stayed here as opposed to staying inside the Old City. Hotel is also about 10-15 minutes from the nearest cable car station - in my case it took me right to Yad Vashem and back. Lots of...

My husband and I stayed here from Dec 16 to Dec 23. We arrived and left very late at night. Check in and out was pleasant. The lady at the desk that helped us the day before we left was exceptional. Was impressed at how she remembered my name. The hotel is in great proximity to the old city and...
