Positive: location, breakfast, free parking Negative: room starting to look tired, cheap materials, housekeeping did not work properly (bathroom not cleaned two days in a row in spite of complaint after the first day). Towels taken away but not replaced. Overall: not recommended

I would check with the hotel, I don't remember there being a pool nearby but it is possible.
