I arrived on an early flight at 3 am and when I got to the hotel at 4am from airport, it was obvious that I could only check in later the afternoon, but when you are tired, a bed matters and cost could not matter then. On arrival, the reception was just so "off" with me, regardless of the time... More

The room is very clean and comfortable (exclude air conditioning which occasionally stop), the housekeepers did very excellent job from making the bed, cleaning the bathroom and refill the necessity. The breakfast is great for those who eat breakfast and lots of variation for everyone needs. (Can't pleased every individual as remember you are traveller). DINNER, SUPERB! I love dinner... More

Rooms ok. Not enough towels. Dinner buffet OK. I stuck with the salad bar - fine. Lots of yummy desserts. Best part of experience was Salem and Abu Sheikh - the bartenders at the lobby bar. Mix a mean margarita. Lots of fun despite the language barrier. Good guys.

I am from Singapore. I have always chosen to stay in Grand Court whenever my friends family or myself come to Jerusalem. We feel very comfortable and very much at home in a far away place. The lobby is bright and clean. The dining is cleaned everyday and it is always extraordinarily cleaned. Food is excellent. Room is also sufficiently... More

Nicer hotel located 10 minute walk from the train. Big buffet for tour groups. Food was good but staff need training. Front desk help seemed lacking too. Asked a question of one clerk and he directed me to the bathroom and walked off. The question had nothing to do with the bathroom. We would stay here again if the price... More

The hotel is ok but not really special. The swimming pool was closed, the gym has carious workout machines that need repair, the rooms are ok but nothing special. Overall a reasonable hotel with mostly friendly receptionist staff.

Stayed here for 3 days during our Holy Land Tour. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Rooms are kept clean but it's starting to show signs of aging. Location is perfect - few minutes away from the Old City and very safe to walk even in night time. My main problem is the breakfast buffet. There are no meat of... More

The front desk staff are very friendly and eager to assist. I cannot say the same for the dining room. My husband and I found many of the wait staff to be aloof and annoyed at any request. We rarely saw a smile from most of the staff. The younger bus boys however were more friendly. We stayeda week and... More

The hotel is not far from the North side of the Old Town, in easy walking distance. The room design was good, with all working fixtures. Be aware that many (many) groups stay here, so the breakfast and dinner hall is large and busy. Food is quite good and varied (less so on Sabbath). The staff was friendly. Our problem... More

I had a room on the eighth floor, facing the court so the view wasn't great, but the room overall was nice, clean, good bath amenities. The air conditioning never got very cool which was hard given that it was amazingly hot for October. The food service was very good, even when it was Yom Kippur, we were taken care... More
