Stayed here recently for a couple of nights with tour group. It was decent and had free wireless and computers in the lobby. Breakfast and dinners were buffets and okay althought the food seemed to be pretty much the same from day to day but we found that was typical everywhere in Israel that we stayed. The half glass shower...

We enjoyed our stay at the Grand Court. Nice room. Good service. Great food, including delicious desserts. The main thing we did not like was our shower door and the fact that the pool was not open in the evening when we got back from our tours of the city.

This hotel caters to tour groups. I don't have a problem with that as long as the hotel has the infrastructure and manpower to house and serve all guests. I am usually very easy to please; but our group was hit with a double whammy when we arrived at this hotel. Not only did we arrive on the eve of...

The Grand Court is in a fabulous location for walking to the old city, and within walking distance to the new Rapid Transit. Excellent breakfast! Desk staff could have been a little more cheerful! Too bad that the pool closes at 6:00 p.m.

Grand Court was a good hotel, good enough breakfast and just a few blocks walk to the Old City. If you don't mind big tour groups this is a great place. Even with the tour groups, it was quiet during the day, and even during processing times, things seem to run smoothly. Rooms are clean and in good repair, pool...

The hotel was updated with a nice swimming pool to relax after a day of touring.. We rented a car and they had free parking which was a big plus for us. The rooms were clean and large and the fridge and coffe maker handy. Breakfast was a huge buffet that closed at 9:00 am, but we also manage to...

My wife and I spent four nights at the Grand Court as part of a three week long trip last summer. The hotel is very nice, and the public areas are excellent light filled spaces with modern styling. The staff was very helpful, and the room was reasonably large by Jerusalem standards. The hotel is just a bit to far...

This is a large and generally crowded hotel. I've stayed here twice. The staff is great, the food at the buffet is excellent and the service is very good. The fruits And vegetables are amazingly fresh. The rooms are clean, large and fairly new. For the money, this is a great value. You're not right next to the Old City,...

During my 2-week trip to Egypt, Jordan and Israel, the accomaodations were listed as 4-star. There were 8 hotels, with the Grand Court Hotel being the eighth. I stayed there for 3 nights. A series of minor deficiencies would drop this out of the 4-star category in my opinion. It did however, have several nice features.

This is a good hotel. It is a little out of the way from either the Old City or the New City, however, a good 30 minute stroll gets you there. I found the shower enclosure baffling. It is a glass door that only encloses half the bath, so water can get all over the bathroom. Otherwise it is a...
