All together it was a nice stay and a nice hotel. It was value for money since I got a really nice discounted price from hotel.com. The room was big and it had nice big windows so I had lots of sun coming in. All was nice and clean and I had relaxing quiet nights. The bathroom was clean and...

I have great memories of this hotel because of the fun times with friends in the large, attractive lobby and the dining room where we shared suppers and breakfasts. The food was good. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were probably average.

It is a nice hotel with nice room. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We stayed at Sabbath which makes the hotel very busy especially dinner time. We were with a big group (40+ people) and we were allocated to 9 pm dinner time. It was very late and we were all starving. The food is very...

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was nice, staff was helpful, food was great and it was a very convenient location for us. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi in the rooms was spotty at best but computers were available for free in the Lobby where the wifi signal was also very strong and always available.

We spent three nights at the hotel and generally had a positive experience. It is a very large hotel and overrun with tour groups but deals with them quite well. The hotel is just a short walk from the Old City. The lobby is full of the tour groups at times waiting for their buses but the lounge is quite nice...

I have just enjoyed my fourth stay in ten months at The Grand Court. It is a large hotel in East Jerusalem and is within easy walking distance of the Old City. The hotel is well-appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is of a high standard with enough variety to suit the diverse clientele. I...

I stayed here for three days last Shavuot (June 2011) and was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was and the level of service that was provided by the staff. The breakfast is AWESOME, but that's typical in Israel. It's a 15 minute walk to the old city and about 25 minutes to the Kotel

Stayed at this large and fairly well appointed hotel with the tour group I was with in January, 2012. Rooms were average in size and came with usual bland decor - functional, but not overly inviting. Shower doors are small (European-style) so be prepared to be careful or get water all over the floor in the bathroom. We ate breakfast...

Grand Court Hotel is a huge hotel that caters mainly to tour groups. In addition, don't expect service with a smile, with a few exceptions, the people at the front desk wont go out of their way to help you. I had arranged with the hotel to have a car waiting to pick me up at Ben Gurion airport but...
