Location is very good. Enables you to stroll around the area. Hotel gives a very nice view of the Jerusalem Walls Food is good, rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant attendant were kind a rude. We were having a dinner at 8:00 Pm as we return to the hotel late. They were already partially closing the lights despite seeing guests...

4 nights in Nov 2011 Nice and clean, modern hotel - however, a bit soulless in parts... Breakfast was great. Loads of choice. Luckily we weren't with a tour group, so we got to eat in a seperate, smaller area, with better choice! Tour party breakfast area looked hellish... Desk staff could do with smiling a bit more - they...

I stay in Jerusalem hotels, on average, once each week, so I have accumulated a lot of experience. The Grand Court is my favorite in the middle price range because of its comfort and convenience. Almost all of the rooms have had firm, comfortable beds. The room has someplace to sit both for working or for relaxing and watching tv...

If you want to stay in a hotel where the desk staff ignores you unless you are Israeli, where the dining room staff removes your plate without asking if you are finished eating, where someone vomited in the hallway the day after we arrived and the hallway carpet had chunks of food still embedded when we checked out 5 days...

The Grand Court is a large, grand looking hotel. Questionable whether its a true 4 star hotel given a lot of minor improvements that are needed in rooms, elevator area to parking, general upkeep of common spaces, exercise room. On the positive side, the hotel's breakfast is very good with many great selections of food for all types of diets...

When we arrived we were told that the room we had booked and paid for two months earlier had been given to someone who had "problems with their plane". Was forced to go to another hotel. Grand Court staff promised to collect our luggage and put it in our room for the next day. It was then lost and no-one...

We live in Israel. Wonderful hotel for dati guests. We were there for 1st day Succot. Asked for and received a Shabbat key at check in for a returnable deposit, and a fully comprehensible timetable about davenning and meals. We did not feel pressured into racing to the dining room when we left the Bet Knesset, as we do in...
