Had a room way up on the 15 th floor. Lifts took some time up and down... The room was nice and clean. Need to have more reliable wifi, and the trend is to have it at a minimal charge.. The food was good and fresh. Enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

A huge hotel, so it's easy for one to feel lost and overlooked. However, our group had a pleasant last few days staying at Rimonim as it was central to completing our tour of Jerusalem and surrounding districts. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food a bit same-ish. Disappointed that no main dish provided for vegetarians/vegans. Room was clean and spacious...

Rooms were not ready till 15:00 so we went to wait by the pool, 45 minutes it took to bring fries with grilled chicken breasts and schnitzel, humus and tchina, the table was filthy and there was no cutlery available, 10 minutes later a waiter came in a slow pace speaking on his cell, his highness didn't understand that we...

Rooms were unclean, hot and very very worn. We requested a new room after we found ripped up furniture, unclean sheets and a very musky/smokey odor. The staff was very pleasant and offered to re-room us. Unfortunately the next room was the same. On the upside we were pleased to have convenient, free, on-sight parking; something we found "out of...

Favorite of tour groups. Decent hotel. The service was inconsistent for example not getting a straight answer on soccer broadcasts despite several queries. Buffet dinner was also inconsistent. The first night meats were terrible but the other nights were better. As usual the salad bar was outstanding. At least there was a water station.

The Shalom Hotel is almost situated on Jerusalem highest point. If you are lucky enough to get a room facing eastwards you will be rewarded with an amazing sight of Jerusalem skyline, as far as the Old City itself. Rooms are large and comfortable, even the furniture is a bit outdated. Each room has a full height window wall to...
