Although I am a Marriott Bonvoy platinum member, we decided not to stay at a Marriott hotel as they were by the beach and wanted to stay in the city. We are really pleased we chose the Crowne Plaza City Centre as the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. We had a couple of minor problems which were dealt with immediately. One was with the shower door which they sorted out within 5 mins and the second with the mini-bar fridge which was replaced within 10 minutes. All in all, we were very pleased and considering how expensive hotels in Tel Aviv are, we thought the Crowne Plaza provided excellent value for money. After a rather negative experience with Marriott and such a positive experience with the Crowne Plaza, I think I will definitely be looking more at staying at IHG hotels.…

Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience. Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points). Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours. Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.…

Wonderful stay with great staff. Front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Beautiful rooms with great views. Convenient with discounted parking below. Rooms were modern with big windows for city views. Respect platinum status. Train station was convenient.

Crown plaza has a great breakfast layout but the eggs to order station is a wreck. I asked for 6 eggs over easy in two different plates for me and my wife. When I told him he gave me a surprise look and replied; 6 eggs!!! So I told him yes, 6 and he proceeded to crack al eggs with enough force to bust the yolks. So I told him that I didn’t ask for busted yolks and he threw them away and started the process again. He put them all together in a ring instead of separate them so it’ll be easier to flip later. So when he tried to flip them all the yolks busted again. In the pictures I’ll show you what I ordered and what I get. Presentation is everything right. I called the manager and he said that the guy didn’t understood because of the language barrier and I understand that since English is my second language but he kept making excuses instead of just said; how can I fix the problem? They need training and maybe someone that understand the needs of the paying customers. …

I was here for business trip and the hotel was fairly nice. It was a modern business hotel close to a huge shopping mall. Facilities were decent, food was also great, location were great and hotel staffs were also fairly kind. I am not sure I would be back here again though experience at Crown Plaza TLV city centre was good enough for my recent business trip.

Crown plaza city centre, Tel Aviv…. Easy approach to the hotel. Staff on reception greets you with a warm smile which makes you feel comfortable at the property. They also provide you all the extra information needed as a tourist. Was upgraded to a studio apartment(appreciated) Rooms are big, clean well organised. Fancy bathroom with a good size tub. Excellent position. It is close to the mall and to the area of restaurants and bars. The rooms are wide and extremely cleaned. Noise isolation is good, despite the near highway and train railway. Personnel is fine. I will come back again in the future

Great stay! Nice, big spacious room with shower and bath tub. But, when I was there the hot water wasn’t working in the shower/bathtub. When I called the front desk about it, they recommended going to the gym for showers. There was a Hot pot for tea. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, especially loved fresh squeezed orange juice. Right next to the train station for easy transport to airport or Jerusalem. Reasonably price compared to other local hotels. Impressive elevator programming that ensures an personalized elevator arrives to your floor and delivers you to your desired floor, minimize unnecessary contact with others.

This is our third or fourth day. Always fantastic. Always acknowledge our platinum status and give us a beautiful upgrade. Staff is extremely pleasant and professional. Always give us special treats to acknowledge our special occasions that we are celebrating. The guest services manager is always available and deals swiftly with all issues. Her professionalism filters down to all the staff. We received a phone call during our stay to check that our stay was going well and housekeeping checked in one day to see if we needed anything additional, both nice gestures. The hotel and room were spotless. We definately look forward to future returns to this great hotel.

My partner and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at Crowne Plaza city centre. We hadn’t done much research on the location of the hotel and had opted for it as a good deal hotel in the centre of Tel Aviv with a pool.Having previously visited Tel Aviv and stopped neared to the beach, on our arrival we were initially concerned by the location. However the facility of the free shuttle bus which runs from Crowne Plaza City to Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv beach every 2 hours soon settled our concerns as this complimentary faculty was fantastic. We wrongly assumed this shuttle bus ran daily and the only room for improvement would be to make it so. Apparently it is only weekends and holidays, but in April there were so Many holidays and special days it seemed to us most days it was running during our stay!!! The hotel doesn’t have outside space of its own but it is located beside a shopping centre with a lot of public outside space and also a very on trend outside bar space with street food trucks. A short walk away is Sarona market with so Many great places to eat and drink and nice garden areas. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The icing on the cake for us was the lounge on floor 20. Our booking did not include access but we paid for this on arrival, which proved excellent value for money.
