Very well located, connected to one of the airport high speed railway station. So one can easily take the train from TLV airport and walk to the reception. Connected to a shopping mall and food court. Overall therefore very high degree of convenience.
Room size is excellent (we were of course upgraded), and IHG status genuinely honoured (even if you have booked through points).
Our stay experience was enhanced by a gentleman called Pasha. He was omnipresent, and very helpful. When we enquired whether there’s an elevator to the station level, (my wife had a bad knee and was unable to handle steps), Pasha offered to go to the station and check! He reached our baggage in the evening and carried it back when we were checking out. He acted as the Concierge also beyond office hours.
Had breakfast in the hotel and found the variety as per standards expected. Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv CC will not disappoint you. The only feedback i have is that the invoice which the receptionist promised to e mail me (she took my e mail id on a piece of paper, although it’s available as I am an IHG member), never came in.

Hoteling is something we love to stay for both pleasure and business, I usually look at everything once I like to book a hotel, this is why as a fashion photographer, I look at things also in a different point of view than normal, this is when the standards will be higher, and will be great for whoever thinking to book and be greater for them as well.

The hotel itself is a very nice class, let's talk about the location, its located in a nice place where the mall is just outside the gate of the building, a very big supermarket to get whatever you think about, the full mall, not just to eat or have coffee, but you can shop for whatever you think of.

Walking around the area, you will also be able to reach different unique outdoors high class mall, and then to the city center where everything is.

The hotel is self is great, the rooms extremely got a warm feeling, with an amazing comfortable bed, the bathroom is a different world, the bath top and the shower are just amazing, one for relaxing with a room view from the window bathroom to the room itself, and whenever you wanna have great relaxing shower, then it's just next to it. as you see in the photos.

Rooms got great 24 room service,  mineral water bottles all time, coffee - tea and a real espresso machine, sugar, cups and spoons, with a real clean kittle to boil water.

Around evening time everyday someone come to check if you need more water, towels or extras missing. That's a great winning card.

The hotel also got full gym, not just a hotel gym, but full real gym, they give you at the front desk to access a full gym got all you need from spa, indoors swimming pool, jacuzzi, and you don't need to leave the hotel building, it just a different floor.

The Breakfast in the hotel, matches the hotel standards as well, great selection of food, they can make you fresh cappuccino or americano from a real machine as you get from any coffee shops, plus they have the normal quick machine. The food is always in full plates, a great selection of eggs the chief makes for you as you customize it.

My thoughts to take from this hotel for other people read this review is just book it and don't think too much. The management is nothing but great, staff are polite and smiley, and they really make sure they want you to have a pleasant stay, cause the hotel itself is really so comfortable that, I would love to stay longer and for sure I love to come back again.

Enjoy the photos I will post here from the hotel itself and just book it and don't think too much. Its worth it. cause you will enjoy it.

High sleeping comfort, incl. pillow menu and acoustic. Hotel is located above shopping mall, start from 11th floor, in modern building with high quality elevators. In walkable (ca. 5 min.) distance is great place to have a dinner - Sarona Market. Near is Art Museum. They need very few changes in room interior (walls in bathroom, decorations and new color sheme) and ambiente in room will be great. Free shuttle bus every two hours (10am-14pm (or event later??) to the beach, with stop near to second Grand Plaza hotel.
SPA: Unfortunately spa area is poor and lockers are without locks! At Spa reception they offered to buy one or to place valuable items at reception in a bag... This spa can be visited by people not only from hotel, so I feeld not comfort to leave my personal belongings in unlocked locker.
Saunas for separated for men and women.

The room looks really nice. I had a nice view from top floor, except windows were too dirty. Loved the bath products, especially the hand soap.
Breakfast is an unimaginable feast of deliciousness and is totally worth $25. If you are a meat eater-you are out of luck. There was salmon, caviar, other fish, chinese buns. dim sum, cheeses, breads, egg station, freshly squeezed juices etc.etc. Really, you have to see for yourself.
The front desk needs improvement, the hold times to reach them were unreasonably long and most of them seemed to have zero knowledge of their business. Someone created a duplicate reservation to my name, and it took way too much effort to erase it.
The location is ok, although a bit weird, entrance is hidden inside the mall.

Hello diogenesl2014, Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience and share it with us. With the goals to achieve high-quality standards, deliver guest satisfaction and serve traveler's needs, Crowne Plaza was born. We are proud to be a hotel that is easy to do business with, unfortunately, during your stay, this does not seem to be the case, particularly with the service provided by our front desk staff during check in. For this, I would like to apologize that you were not given the standards of hospitality that we expect from our staff and management. We have taken the liberty of providing them your feedback and coaching to ensure that these issues are not repeated. However, we are happy to know that you had a wonderful time at the breakfast buffets and you enjoyed the comfort of your room and the view that came with it. Thank you for embracing life here in Tel Aviv and making us part of it. Despite the experience, we hope that you feel recharged and inspired. after your visit. As we strive to continuously achieve high-quality standards, deliver guest satisfaction and serve traveler's needs, your comments are instrumental and valued. We hope to host your party in the future should you give us another chance to be your hotel of choice. Hector P Case Manager IHGService

A hotel that was booked for me, a convenient businedd location if a little lacking in surrounding green space. The welcome warm and genuine and generally the staff were helpful. The room was perfectly well appointed with breakfasts as good as advertised, if it was a little strange being offered Japanese style noodles!
The restaurant in the 11th Floor was very good but a poor selection of main courses for vegetarians and the service for food in the lobby bar slow.
The hotel is close to shopping facilities and the very pleasant Sarona centre.
My only real complaint was not the hotel itself but the fitness centre run by Holmes Place which the hotel guests had access to. The reception staff were positively offhand and surly and made it clear they did not welcome the hotel guests....merely tolerated them.
My preference would have been a hotel nearer the sea or a park but as a business hotel it was certainly better than many I have stayed in

This property is inside the three-tower Azrieli complex near the Sarona neighborhood and adjacent to the Ayalon hwy. An excellent location, very nice property with great rooms. There is a health club that guests can use that includes an indoor pool (rare in Tel Aviv hotels). The service was great, the mgmt helped me out when I accidentally double booked (not on this website), and the price (215 night) was very reasonable when compared to comprable properties.

I arrived after a flight from Heathrow at Tel Aviv Airport and after the required COVID test headed out to the well signposted taxi rank. I can’t speak Hebrew but the person running the taxi rank was able to get me into a taxi and I was off to the Crowne Plaza which is an easy 20 minute ride away. Situated right in the middle of the city and adjacent to a large very popular shopping mall the hotel is a great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious and offers a safe, essential AC and the usual amenities of a Crowne Plaza hotel. Staff on my arrival were extremely efficient and friendly and all spoke English well. Breakfast is up on the 10th floor and you can select from an extensive and delicious breakfast buffet. If you want to eat out then there are lots of restaurants nearby offering good food at reasonable prices.

I spent my last night in Israel here (the previous week at the Waldorf Astoria in Jerusalem) because I had multiple meetings in the center of the country and a very late flight out in the evening. I wanted to easily and quickly get to my meetings and to Ben Gurion. The Crowne Plaza was perfect for what I needed and the service and decor was even better than I expected. Even though they were fully booked the night of my departure, they graciously offered me a 2PM checkout, which was very helpful to me. Since it is attached to the massive Azrieli mall I was able to easily access taxis, restaurants and the train station without having to go out in the cold. Also people that were driving in to meet me had convenient and affordable parking (they hotel validates parking for their guests). I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be in Tel Aviv, with a perfect location, nice rooms and great service!

This very modern hotel is in the business district so the area is quiet at night. Good buffet breakfast, nice rooms, pleasant staff. The supermarket at the entrance is a bonus. We arrived late at night and so ate in the restaurant where the burgers were great. I would recommend this hotel.

I just take a cab from the airport. Its a fixed fee (there is an attendant that will tell you what the fee is BEFORE you get in the cab). Just know that many cab drivers will want cash - as they will claim their credit card machine doesn't work. This can be really annoying if you aren't prepared for it - what I do is simply ask them if I can pay by CC. If when I get to the hotel they say, CC machine doesn't work, then I say "Ok....I'll have to check in and exchange money...you'll have to wait" - often the CC machine starts working again!
