If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place in Dizengoff, the best area of Tel-Aviv in my humble opinion, look no more. Jacob Samuel IS the perfect choice. Stayed with my wife for a week in mid December and started every morning thankful for the choice we made. Great staff. Dave, Konstantin and Mariya were helpful and friendly from the very beginning, not only lending hand with the accommodation, but giving very useful tips for the city. Cleaning is super convenient, we never saw anybody, but magically it just got tidy within our breakfast absence. The Popular restaurant on the zero floor has one of the best dishes I ever tried, and I tried a lot! Thank you guys for the perfect stay in Israel.

I have been here before and today is my second, sadly, last day. If you look around carefully, you will note that there is an answer to everything, in detail. Good coffee, and everything else just as you need it. As soon as you arrive, you will find friendly and efficient reception so you are already in a good mood. The location is very central and, though I had a small room, it was surprisingly quiet. I hope to be back.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve had in Tel Aviv and all of Israel, to be honest. The service here is friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. The location is magnificent, the rooms are sophisticated, aesthetically pleasing, and very practical. What more could you ask for?

I look forward to coming back to Tel Aviv many many times. And I will hopefully stay at this hotel each time if they will have me.

Checked in March 2025 for a business trip and left after a few minutes. The hotel does NOT look like it's presented in the photos. Booking / hotel website probably didn't update the photos since the opening of the hotel.
Rooms have been neglected for a long while, furnitures are broken and curtains are dirty. The carpets in the corridors were not vacuumed for a while (they showed me 3 rooms before I decided to leave).
The hotel area is all under construction which can happen, but they are choosing not to share this fact with guests upfront.
I left without having an alternative solution. The hotel manager contacted me the day after but never apologised nor showed any empathy whatsoever. FYI

I have arrived at the Hotel on 11th April 22 at 1AM. My company booked and paid for reservation few days ahead. At the arrival they found the booking but the receptionist said it has not been paid. I have shown them the booking number, the card that was paid with with the card authorisation for the amount. The receptionist called someone and they said i have to pay and it will be sorted first thing in the morning before i left. Having no choice at 1AM i paid $264. In the morning i asked about the situation. Anothe rperson at reception asked me to write down my card number and they will refund it that day. It has been nearly 2 and half months, they refunded $80 and kept promising and finding excuses( it's holiday, finance manager is away etc). After numerous emails they said it was refunded and will show on my card in few days. Obviously a lie. This was 3 weeks ago and they stopped answering emails as well. Do not use this hotel, you have been warned.

Dear Iulian, i will start with that your matter was taken care of from the moment you left the hotel, no one ignored you or lied to you regarding the situation. I was in contact with you this all time. I am sorry that the matter took longer than it should be but I always was letting you know and i was fully transparent regarding the situation. No reason for me to lie. Regarding credit card companies, all over the world, it is never taking 1 day to refund money. As a company, there is an Accountment department that handles those situations. I did all i can and once i received approval from the accountment that the money was refunded so it mean the credit company should have refund you the remain of the amount. I don't have access to credit card company, once you send another email that you didn't get a refund i did forward your email and was expecting answer, i can't answer you when i don't have answer from the department. And i am still working on getting your money back. We always taking care of our Guests Best Regards Yaniv

The location is excellent. It is located in what seems to be the heartbeat of Tel Aviv. Turn left and walk 4 or 5 blocks to the Mediterranean Sea. Or turn right and walk through endless restaurants and people outdoors having a wonderful time. The hotel really is perfectly located.

But even more impressive was the amazing staff. My plane arrived at 4 am and I got to the hotel at 5 am. The staff graciously went ahead and gave me a room. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager and staff leaned forward to help with restaurant recommendations, a nearby fitness center, and with laundry service. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

When I return to Tel Aviv, I will not even consider another hotel. I will definitely stay again at the Jacob Samuel on Dizengoff Street!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Jacob Samuel for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and cozy - it almost felt like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. The balcony was extremely spacious. We had a small hiccup when our toilet stopped flushing but someone came to our room & fixed it within one hour of reporting it to the front desk. Yaniv and Constantine at the front desk were extremely helpful during our entire stay. I highly recommend the Jacob Samuel!

Stayed there for 1 night.
The place is designs very well, I was upgraded to deluxe room, still the room was a bit small.
The main problem is that it was very noisy, the room was located in the second floor it was a weekend and covid-19 lockdown, still there was a lot of traffic and I could hear everything, I thought the window was open but when I checked and it wasn't.

If you book a room there just pick the 6 floor.

Firstly, we were very disappointed with the check in time. We got the room at 15:35, which is 35 minutes after we supposed to got it. Moreover, we never got any room in any hotel in the formal check in time - always before and it was disappointed.
Secondly, our room we actually the shelter, the safe room. We came for a vaction, break from military service, and i i found myself in a shelter on my vaction.
The restaurant on the ground floor just annoying to enter and exit the hotel.
The only positive thing is the location.

Had a fantastic tone at the Jacob Samuel Hotel in Tel Aviv! Raul at check in was extremely helpful and friendly. We went for the cheapest room. I would upgrade next time as we really need a 1.6m wide bed... our room had a 1.4m wide bed.
