If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place in Dizengoff, the best area of Tel-Aviv in my humble opinion, look no more. Jacob Samuel IS the perfect choice. Stayed with my wife for a week in mid December and started every morning thankful for the choice we made. Great staff. Dave, Konstantin and Mariya were helpful and friendly from the very beginning, not only lending hand with the accommodation, but giving very useful tips for the city. Cleaning is super convenient, we never saw anybody, but magically it just got tidy within our breakfast absence. The Popular restaurant on the zero floor has one of the best dishes I ever tried, and I tried a lot! Thank you guys for the perfect stay in Israel.
The location is excellent. It is located in what seems to be the heartbeat of Tel Aviv. Turn left and walk 4 or 5 blocks to the Mediterranean Sea. Or turn right and walk through endless restaurants and people outdoors having a wonderful time. The hotel really is perfectly located. But even more impressive was the amazing staff. My plane arrived at 4 am and I got to the hotel at 5 am. The staff graciously went ahead and gave me a room. The room was clean and comfortable. The manager and staff leaned forward to help with restaurant recommendations, a nearby fitness center, and with laundry service. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. When I return to Tel Aviv, I will not even consider another hotel. I will definitely stay again at the Jacob Samuel on Dizengoff Street!…
I have arrived at the Hotel on 11th April 22 at 1AM. My company booked and paid for reservation few days ahead. At the arrival they found the booking but the receptionist said it has not been paid. I have shown them the booking number, the card that was paid with with the card authorisation for the amount. The receptionist called someone and they said i have to pay and it will be sorted first thing in the morning before i left. Having no choice at 1AM i paid $264. In the morning i asked about the situation. Anothe rperson at reception asked me to write down my card number and they will refund it that day. It has been nearly 2 and half months, they refunded $80 and kept promising and finding excuses( it's holiday, finance manager is away etc). After numerous emails they said it was refunded and will show on my card in few days. Obviously a lie. This was 3 weeks ago and they stopped answering emails as well. Do not use this hotel, you have been warned. …
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Jacob Samuel for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and cozy - it almost felt like a little apartment rather than a hotel room. The balcony was extremely spacious. We had a small hiccup when our toilet stopped flushing but someone came to our room & fixed it within one hour of reporting it to the front desk. Yaniv and Constantine at the front desk were extremely helpful during our entire stay. I highly recommend the Jacob Samuel!
I always believed that the biggest secret to the success of a hotel is the staff. I stayed at the hotel for over two months. The hotel is impeccable and in the best spot of Dizengoff. But the one who made the difference was the excellent, always polite and helpful Mr. Yaniv Yanckovich. I highly recommend the hotel Βill Bonios
The Jacob Samuel hotel was a great choice! we got a very nice welcome despite the late arrival at 2.30 in the morning ! my friend and I had separate rooms and the manager made sure we stayed on the same floor .the very first night I got a super small room and I was not so happy but after one day I changed to a very nice room -it was really very nice - the feeling of being in the middle of the buzzing city was great. the bar on the lower floor was very nice ,we had some great food and drinks -the bar keepers are good too. the Nespresso coffee in the morning helped me get started . I did struggle with the dashboard which controls the curtains and all lights I must admit. but the shower was fantastic- there is no guarantee , no matter in which category of hotel you stay -it was exceptional ! Yaniv - the front desk manager does a great job -he seems to work around the clock and never gets tired of helping one for example finding a taxi which could become a challenge sometimes in Tel Aviv . the location of the hotel is also great! its about a max. 10 minute walk to the Hilton Tel Aviv beach -so really perfect . so many restaurants and bars on Dizengoff are reachable within Minutes - Thank you Yaniv and Team !…
I was robbed in the hotel!! During my stay, somebody opened the safe deposit box inside my room and stole all my money. The hotel told me their fine print negates their responsibility in cases like this but since the circumstances surrounding the theft were suspicious and may involve former employees I would have expected them to assume responsibility and offer adequate compensation. They did not even apologize and even blamed me that I was lying to try and get free accommodation!
Stayed there for 1 night. The place is designs very well, I was upgraded to deluxe room, still the room was a bit small. The main problem is that it was very noisy, the room was located in the second floor it was a weekend and covid-19 lockdown, still there was a lot of traffic and I could hear everything, I thought the window was open but when I checked and it wasn't. If you book a room there just pick the 6 floor.
Great hotel room, looks exactly like the pictures, comfortable bed, tidy, and beautiful. (And the shower is pure heaven). location is great- Ampm, coffee shops, bars, and especially the lovely Nola bakery right next to it.
We spent a perfect night in Jacob Samuel Tel Aviv. Perfectly located in the center of the city. Clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bed, nice balcony, Nespresso machine in the room. Nice and friendly staff and a reasonable price. We’ll be back!
