The hotel is well located, nicely fitted out, but is very noisy The walls are paper thin, outside noise is also loud The breakfast is mediocre, with limited offerings even if it is continental. Mediocre is being too complimentary The manager in the restaurant is overly attentive, and should be less “in your face” The hotel also does not respond to emails, nor was the phone answered when I tried calling
The hotel got a total fresh up since we have been there last time. Really nice room, everything clean and tidy. The guys at the reception were all really friendly, so was the guy in the breakfast room. The hotel is perfectly located very close to the old port, the beach and just 30 minutes foot walk to the Dizengoff Center. Clear recommendation for a stay in Tel Aviv.
hotel employe, very eficint, and helpful, especialy the guy at the front desk -shalom - and the fellow at the continental breakfast ,service -polite and efficent , thx jack & etty,,,,, the front desk very helpful, the cleaning staff -always on time ,per your request ,and eficent ,all in all the stay was very comfteble ,,, location ,couldent be better,,,bus texy etc...
I was in the hotel for business for 10 days. The staff is mostly courteous, professional and welcoming. The room on a high floor is quiet, clean, and has a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. (A small problem: don't expect a big room?! The room itself is small and has a balcony, but it is small!!) The breakfast is excellent and healthy. The hotel is located in the north of Tel Aviv and from there there is access to buses that will take with you to the destination of your choice. Hotel parking is expensive and cumbersome?! You don't need a car in Tel Aviv. In summary: good hotel. small rooms. good service. excellent location. ATALIE
I was visiting friends in Tel Aviv and they recommended the Port Hotel. It is in a great location. It is a nice place with friendly staff. Shalom in particular was very helpful. I will definitely go back.
We were greeted so warmly at the Port. It is a little oasis in the center of everything. You can easily walk to everything you may want in Tel Aviv. The breakfast was wonderful, the room was clean with great Dead Sea products to use and the staff was great!
Stayed one night while waiting for a tour to begin. Found the location so close to the beach and the boardwalk, also a local market and some shopping. The room was clean and comfortable and has a fridge, safe and hairdryer. Staff were excellent. Room at the front was a bit noisy from the street. Continental breakfast was great (located in the basement). The lobby is wonderful and enjoyable to sit and relax in while waiting after you check out if you need to. They have a few nice perks such as English papers, candy :) and generally just accommodating.
We really cannot fault the service at Port Hotel. We had so many questions and requests and each one was met unconditionally with a smile and the assistance we needed. Really great service that made our stay amazing. Thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel and would love to come back and stay again. Thank you!!
The Hotel Port is a lovely little hotel close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was such a treat to stay in a small intimate hotel after staying in large corporate hotels on our Pilgrimage tour. The staff are friendly and willing to do anything to make your stay pleasurable. I would highly recommend the Port Hotel.
The Port Hotel in Tel Aviv is super clean, near beach and restaurants and staffed by some very helpful, kind people. Shalom, Hila, and Liron are unbelievably helpful and kind. There is so much within a short walk of the hotel:the beach, shops, restaurants, post office. Quiet street too. I loved my stay there .
