Truly wonderful stay. So much to compliment I don't know where to start. From the beautifully kept lobby where there is always someone to help you, the AMAZING view of the beach, the hotel's fantastic location, the professional and dedicated staff, the delicious and mouthwatering spreads in the lounge, I could go on... I need to mention and give praise to the amazing Mazal, Adan, Doreen, and Ital, all masters of or within their respective departments. Anytime there was an issue which were all out their control they worked steadfastly to fix it- and did it in a professional manner with great success. One example- I realized I had an allergy to the detergent/cleaning product they use(this had happened to me in the US as well) Doreen came with new sheets and towels(cleaned with perfume free hypoallergenic cleaners )and and a new mop and a vacuum to clean the room to make it allergy safe for me❤️. Never had an issue after that. All the staff truly made our stay comfortable and memorable. Planning tip -Our friends who stayed there previously mentioned that the restaurant on the first floor was a must so we'll have to try that next time. Can’t wait to come back soon!!!

At one of the toughest moments facing Israel as a whole for us as a family holidaying here was a challenged decision. What I can say is the staff at this hotel have been just unbelievable. Warm, caring and considerate. Attentive at all times, setting aside any worries that they might have the hotel is filled with smiles. The staff are just wonderful, Svetlana and the team at breakfast make so much effort to make sure we have everything we need, remembering our typical drinks orders and refreshments to take away with us. Friday night was special and delicious. The cleaning staff are exemplary, our rooms and bathrooms spotless and attention around the hotel is obvious that they maintain a very high standard. Another particular mention is Rochelle who went beyond her role to check all was well and advising us how to access the safe room should the need arise. The pool attentants, annxillary staff and security are top notch and address any behaviour they deem inappropriate. It’s so reassuring how effective their operation is without creating any fuss or disharmony around the guests. It truly is a pleasure to be here. Home from home. Inspite of lower occupancy the service is still at 110%

My husband & I went away for an overnight trip on the occasion of my birthday, to Tel Aviv & stayed at the Sheraton Grande Tel Aviv.
Details make all the difference for the two of us. The caring and warmth of the staff is first and foremost. Cleanliness, Comfort and Style are other very important components of a successful stay at any hotel that we visit.
From the time that David, one of the hotel receptionists, greeted us, we felt very welcome. Both of us were excited to find out that all our requests that were recorded on the Marriott Bonvoy Reservation were honored and even enhanced greatly. All the above should be attributed to Henri Levy, the incredibly caring and professional front office manager. Henri stayed in touch to make sure that each hotel guest was the focus of his attention.
The suite that we stayed at is elegant, luxurious yet not ostentatious. Its aura is inviting and it is obvious that the hotel is a stickler for cleanliness.
Excellent service in the lounge area comes with a smile from Mazal who greets you and makes sure that you’re able to get the help you need. Table service is provided by Elena who checks with you to see that hotel guests are enjoying the fare.
We highly recommend that our friends and fellow travelers come visit Israel and plan on a stay at the Sheraton Grande Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv.

Amazing experience. Honestly the kindest people you can find who go above and beyond to make your experience A+. The cleanest rooms that are well appointed and tastefully furnished with diligent, thorough daily cleanings and nightly turn down services (chocolates are such cute touch). Really great food in both lounge and restaurant as well. Shout out to the entire crew for making Sheraton our home away from home

Sheraton Grand Hotel Club lounge all attendants each time we arrived and during our time in the club approached us as soon as we entered with offerings of service such as water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, food service, and assisted with our dinner reservation, transportation services, and much more. These attendants helped us during our stay:
Mazel, Adam, Anastasia, Elena, and Janize. Food selection pastries, cheeses, nuts, dried fruit. Fresh fruit, wine, beer, soft drinks, crackers, dips, dinners were all abundant, tasty and presented organized fresh and clean stations and tables. All were excellent!

Breakfast Restaurant
Daria was excellent at welcoming us each time we arrived and servicing our needs for coffee, tea, all table and food items. All the staff at breakfast were attentive to our needs. Food selection of breads, salads, fish, vegetables, eggs, cheeses, yogurts. Oatmeal, pizza, and more state abundant, fresh, presentation was organized and clean.

This hotel is in a great location. Across the street from the beach, and also just a few minutes walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping in the city. Hotel features a very nice roof top pool for daytime use. Very large welcoming lobby with nice seating areas, as well as long work stations with guests wanting to do some work without having to stay in their rooms. Nice Illy coffee cafe/bar in lobby as well. The front desk staff are typical Israeli hospitality, they do their jobs and are efficient, but do not expect anyone to go out of their way to assist if you have any issues during your Stay. Appears more and more of their rooms are being renovated to very nice and modern styles with comfortable beds, nice seating areas and beautiful marble bathrooms/showers. The air conditioning seems to be a controlled by hotel in the evening making it a little uncomfortable for guests who prefer to keep their rooms extra cool at all times (especially when sleeping). All of the rooms have balconies for standing, but too small to sit outside and enjoy. Definitely a very nice hotel and would highly recommend for Tel Aviv visitors.

The Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv offered guests a superb experience. The location is beautiful, right on the beach and adjacent to the Boardwalk. My view of the sea, Jaffa, and south Tel Aviv was amazing. The picturesque sunsets and sound of the surf offers guests a memorable experience. I was delighted with the 5-star accommodations. The environment, service and staff are exceptional. The suites and common areas are meticulously clean and bright, with fresh flowers arranged daily. The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful with even the simplest requests. Special thanks to the Club Lounge staff. Mazal, Anastasiya, Elena, Janice, Mary Ann, Maria and Adan always offered a pleasant greeting and were attentive to every guest. Their extraordinary customer service exceeded my expectations. Chefs Lilakeh and Alex offered fresh pastries, breads, delicious made-to-order omelettes and pancakes among the many breakfast selections. I strongly recommended the Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv to friends, family and colleagues.

Mixed bag. The lounge is amazing -- best lounge at a Marriott I've ever stayed at. But there's something REALLY creepy about the rooms I find really disturbing. There's a little red light that comes on when you move and stops when you're still. It's a total invasion of my privacy to have a motion sensor in my room! What business is it of the hotel when I do and do not move when I am a guest IN MY PRIVATE ROOM. Let them put motion sensors with little red lights in the lobby! Not in my room.

The location of this hotel is amazing with fantastic views. We booked two seafront view rooms which was definitely worth paying the extra for. Check in was great and a little problem with room allocation was solved quickly by Joseph. The public areas were stunning, the rooms were lovely with everything you need. The cleaning team were fabulous and did such a great job. We loved the pool area and never had a problem finding a sunbed. Breakfast was awesome and there was so much choice. Staff in the breakfast room were lovely.
The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because we were told there would be an extra charge of 60 usd a night for my son’s extra bed and breakfast which was fine and I budgeted for this fee, but when we arrived this cost was doubled because we were told there were extra fees involved such as cleaning on top of the 60 usd! Disgraceful why the full cost wasn’t disclosed prior to this, or have I been scammed?
We didn’t find the bar staff very friendly, either in the lobby or by the pool. They seem very unhappy in their jobs. We limited how much we went to the bar to avoid dealing with them.

My wife and I just got back from Israel, our first time, and loved our stay at the Sheraton Tel Aviv. We created a YouTube video on it, just search for 2022 Sheraton Tel Aviv and look for Nicole Murray Chen.

I have Marriott Platinum Elite Status and wanted to stay at a Marriott brand to get the upgrades, lounge access and breakfast. There are a handful of Marriott option in Tel Aviv but I ultimately picked this one since I saw that it was recently renovated and close by to many of the things we wanted to see - namely the beach.

The hotel is within walking distance to any of the sites that you would want to visit - Old Jaffa, Old Tel Aviv Port, Dizengoff, Carmel Market, Ben Gurion House, Rothschild Street, Levinsky Market, etc. For some of the further away places, it could be a 30 minute walk ... or you can use the numerous electric scooters stationed near the hotel and you can be anywhere in 10 minutes.

The beach that this hotel is near is very active. This beach has a promenade (boardwalk) set up with outdoor fitness facilities, beach bars and restaurants as well as public beach lounge chairs and umbrellas (for a small fee ... like $10 US or less), gelato shops, etc. There are always a ton of people on the beach, but it never felt too crowded. It also always felt very safe in this area.

We did our fair share of exploring and relaxing, but since we just got off of a week long tour of Israel, we just wanted to chill out. This hotel is perfect for that. Their pool area is on the 2nd floor with a nice set up (see video in link above). We spent a lot of our time in the penthouse executive lounge - this place was awesome with views of the ocean, city and everything else. It was a great haven away from the business of the city. There was food, drinks, alcohol, snacks, etc. always available (see video).

The hotel was indeed recently renovated and it shows.

we were upgraded to a junior suite on a low floor (6th floor, city view). The amount of space was perfect. comfortable beds, 2 flat screen TV's, Illy Coffee set up, mini bar, walk in closet, a nice sized bathroom (they provide "dead sea salt" shampoo and conditioner!!!) they also have nice lighting so ladies can put on make up without any issues. Robes and slippers are also provided. For elite members (or maybe everybody), they provide complimentary bottled water. The housekeeping staff came twice per day to check on you. The evening check in included dropping off chocolates and water, turn down service. Very nice.

The video we created with the link above really does a good job showing you the hotel, so check it out.
