We Pre booked and pre paid for our week long stay at this hotel. When we arrived they told us they gave out room to someone else. Why? No explanation, they ended up giving us a smaller room with a less desirable view even though we paid for the larger better room. THE ROOM: Carpets dirty. Left over food in...

"Dear Eli" Thank for your review. We are confused: You stayed with in Dec 2015, 12 months ago. Why are you only now writing this review? You made your reservation as a non refundable reservation. You asked to cancel it, we politely informed you this is not possible and you didn't come to the hotel on your scheduled arrival date....

We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Hotel. Probably called "Embassy" because it's right across the street from the US Embassy - and the beach. Not sure what they will do if the Embassy moves to Jerusalem... The hotel staff were personable and helpful - we were greeted with a smile and the staff were very accommodating. The room...

I spent my first night in Israel at the Embassy Hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is close to the beach and located close by to popular tourist spots. Most importantly, the customer service was top notch. They were very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!

The Embassy hotel is right across the street from the U.S. Embassy. There is a city bus stop right there. Buses 104 & 204 will take you from/to the Hagana train station and central city bus station. ATM and grocery store across the street. A McDonalds, the beach boardwalk and several restaurants are close by. The rooms are spacious and...

My hotel stay was very comfortable. It is a great value for your money. Great location, right near the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast is basic, but it is nice that it is included in the base price per night.

First of all its a great location if you have an appointment at the US Embassy. They don't have parking though, so you'll pay extra if you have a car. The hotel is clean, the room and the bathroom were big with a big nice shower and two shower heads too. Our room was downstairs in the new area which...

A great hotel with nice staff! The room was excellent and the location of the hotel was good. Close to the beach, the center and market. If you walk along the street there will soon be something you want to explore, a market, a park, an interesting building, a museum etc, etc.
