The Mendeli Street Hotel and staff were both exceptional. The rooms were clean, modern, with ample space and excellent amenities. The hotel staff were quick to offer suggestions for local restaurants, shops, bars etc., and luckily, the hotel lobby hosts one of Tel Aviv's foremost...More
We’ve been here for only one night, yesterday, for my birthday and it was really a good surprise - the hotel is located in a central place for dining, many restaurants in the neighborhood, a small distance from the beach, a very clean hotel, although...More
Very trendy design hotel. Standard room perfect for one person alone, but too small for two. Unfortunately there were no superior rooms available. Service is great, a special thanks to Anastasia for her help, efficiency and friendly smile. Very well located, close to the beach,...More

Dear fleet2017,
Thank you for your interest in our hotel.
The hotel has few rooms with bath upon availability, but no balcony.

Thank you so much for your question.
The construction is taking place in the front of the Hotel, in the street. As well, construction is taking place on one of the sides of the Hotel building. If you are having breakfast or sitting in the lobby, you will be not be able to hear the construction. You can see it on the street, depending on whether you want to sit outside and enjoy your coffee, but if you choose to sit inside of the Hotel or restaurant, you will not be disrupted by the noise.
I hope this answer is helpful.
We look forward to hosting you.
Warm Regards,
Sarah Liberstein - Guest Relations Manager
