I selected the Vital Hotel based on its proximity to the Savidor Train Station for easy access to/from Jerusalem and Ben Gurion Airport. This turned out to be an excellent choice! The hotel is an easy 15 minute walk from the station and trains run frequently and are inexpensive (e.g. USD $2.50 to airport). The hotel is unique in that it is situated in an office building with reception on the first floor, rooms on two intermediate floors and the breakfast room/lounge on the 12th floor. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. While you may see bigger breakfast spreads at larger hotels, the selection was complete and the high quality was evident. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I had to leave before breakfast one morning and a very complete breakfast box was left in my room the evening before. The hotel building is connected to a mall with many food options and through it the hospital next door. But, the room was extremely quiet with no noise from either the street or the adjacent busy hospital. This is not a tourist neighborhood and you won't hear much English spoken except at the hotel. But that is not a problem. The art museum that I did not visit is nearby and other attractions, including the Sarona Market, are within easy walking distance. Many buses also stop in front for easy access to other areas of Tel Aviv. The neighborhood has many restaurants and stores and seems much less chaotic than the more touristy areas closer to the beach. If you are into the nightlife scene, this might not be for you, but if you want a great quieter experience in a very nice area, I highly recommend the Vital Hotel.

Dear Neal, Thank you for sharing your great experience at the Vital Hotel. It's wonderful to hear that you chose the hotel based on its proximity to the Savidor Train Station and that it turned out to be an excellent choice for your needs. The easy 15-minute walk to the station and the frequent and affordable train service provided convenient access to Jerusalem and Ben Gurion Airport. The unique setup of the hotel, with reception on the first floor, rooms on intermediate floors, and the breakfast room/lounge on the 12th floor, sounds interesting and adds to the hotel's charm. It's great that the rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, while not the largest spread, offered a complete selection with high-quality items. The fact that the staff left a very complete breakfast box in your room when you had to leave early shows their attentiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel's location, connected to a mall with various food options and adjacent to a hospital, didn't detract from the quietness of the rooms. It's impressive that despite these nearby facilities, there was no disturbance from noise, providing a peaceful environment for guests. It's worth noting that while the neighborhood may not be a touristy area with English being less commonly spoken, it didn't pose a problem for you. The proximity to attractions like the art museum and Sarona Market, as well as easy access to buses, made exploring Tel Aviv convenient. Lastly, the neighborhood's quieter atmosphere compared to the more touristy areas closer to the beach was a positive aspect for you. It seems the Vital Hotel provided a great, quieter experience in a very nice area. Thank you for recommending the Vital Hotel for those seeking a quieter and pleasant stay in Tel Aviv. Your detailed review will be helpful for others looking for a hidden gem like this. I'm glad you had a fantastic experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Best regards,

We stayed here for four nights and couldn't fault this hotel. We took the train from Ben Gurion airport and walked from Savidor centre. We were in the hotel 40 minutes after walking out of the airport terminal and it cost 13NIS per person. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities that you could want. The hotel is well situated so we could walk to the seafront in 30 minutes and walk to all the main shopping areas too. There is an excellent small mall adjoining the hotel which has a good food court and a supermarket. Staff were all very helpful and courteous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely return. One thing not mentioned in the official description is that there are world class hospital facilities opposite covering most specialities..just in case!!

I had an overnight at the Vital hotel. Arrived later than planned and the receptionist was very kind. The room is very clean! And I’m a clean freak. Due to Covid, breakfast was brought up to the room. You call when you’re ready for breakfast and they ask you what you want and bring it up in containers. Very well thought out.
The management was kind enough to allow late check out.
Would definitely be coming back again!

I stayed at the Vital Hotel for a couple of nights in January 2020. Rooms were large and beds comfortable. The layout of the room was a little strange, almost like an apartment layout, which is fine. Sinks in the windows - a little bit strange. Perhaps this room style suits for longer term business traveler guests.
The location was ok but not in the centre of the city, however, the hotel is adjacent to a shopping centre which was a bit of a bonus. The price wasn’t bad, I wouldn’t say good value for what you get. I would have given a better rating but the internet was absolutely awful during my stay, on two or three occasions I lost connection completely and lost the work I was doing at that time.
The entire rest of my stay the internet was ridiculously slow, I’ve never experienced anything quite like it in a hotel other than in China where the internet blocks mostly everything. Not what you would expect. I did complain and it didn’t get much better.
I also found the windows a little strange, it didn’t feel like we had a ton of privacy in the bathroom as there wasn’t curtains, It may well be that the rooms are not visible from the outside and I believe this fact should either be mentioned by the reception staff and/or explained on a note in the hotel.
There’s a “gym” but note this isn’t in the hotel it’s just a free pass to the gym in the shopping centre next door, about 5 minutes walk away.
Overall I wouldn’t be back here, simply average and not particularly good value.

The hotel is located above a shopping centre and so somewhat convenient for picking up a few snacks and drinks, and the location is central enough to walk to the beach area from. The room was clean, tidy and reasonably modern. The breakfast was pleasant and provided a reasonable choice of food with fresh coffee machines. The staff were helpful and chatty.

Not much more to be said really and would have no issue with having to stay again at this hotel.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The team is perfect, the cleaning team is thorough so the room is spotless. The bathroom is great, and the beds very comfortable.
I received upon request a plate, folk and knife. The kitchenette does not offer cooking possibilities, but it does include a microwave, a good fridge, and a sink. It is recommended to bring further kitchen equipment to the hotel when visiting.
Finally, if visiting people at Ichilov, the hotel is extremely practical.
Thank you very much for a great stay,.

We arrived earlier than the check in time and needed to desperately freshen up after our long flight from South Africa to Istanbul and then onto Tel Aviv. The Receptionist packed up toiletries in a bag and some towels and sent us off to the gym to shower and get cleaned up. We were able to store our luggage with them while we took in some of the sights until we could check in. I also experienced some challenges with my notebook cable that was incompatible with the plug points and had a friendly staff member take me from shop to shop in the mall to look for a suitable cable. He was extremely patient and ensured that I found what i was looking for. The added touch of a complimentary bottle of wine at my door was a fabulous touch. My stay was pleasant, the staff friendly accommodating and the breakfast with that view, added to my enjoyable stay.

Vital is a very decent 4 star (if I remember correctly) hotel that has all the respective amenities: nice breakfast, business lounge where you can work, have a snack and drink some local wine, slippers, toiletries, robe, etc and even more. A nice thing is a fruit basket near the elevator. You can grab an apple or two. Shabbat is observed. The only “con” I can name is the location: it is pretty far from the sea.

Dear Elle, Thank you for your review of the Vital Hotel. It's great to hear that you found the hotel to be a decent 4-star establishment with all the necessary amenities. The nice breakfast, business lounge, and availability of snacks and local wine provide a comfortable and convenient experience for guests. The inclusion of slippers, toiletries, and a robe adds to the overall comfort. I'm glad you appreciated the small touches like the fruit basket near the elevator, which allows guests to enjoy a quick snack. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel observes Shabbat, catering to the needs of guests who follow this practice. However, I understand that the location of the hotel being far from the sea might be a drawback for some guests. It's important for guests to consider the proximity to their desired attractions when choosing a hotel. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm glad to hear that overall, you had a good experience at the Vital Hotel. Best regards,
