We are not new to the Vital hotel, and again and again we have the best time in this hotel.. Rooms are nice and comfortable , staff is fantastic any time of the day (and night..) Great location, all kind of stores and services nearby. And the lounge , on the 12th floor with Seaview , coffee and cakes too.. Perfect stay !

Convenient and pleasant stay in a great location with a nice room and very nice breakfast. Have stayed before and would stay again. Staff were friendly and nice that I had access to a proper gym in the mall next door

Recommended for people who like well connected to transport, mall, local stores and qerky restaurant. I went for my 25th silver wedding anniversary. My transport to Cana and Jerusalem both walking distance, a lot of food to choose around. I thinks this hotel is best for a short city break.

We arrived earlier than the check in time and needed to desperately freshen up after our long flight from South Africa to Istanbul and then onto Tel Aviv. The Receptionist packed up toiletries in a bag and some towels and sent us off to the gym to shower and get cleaned up. We were able to store our luggage with them while we took in some of the sights until we could check in. I also experienced some challenges with my notebook cable that was incompatible with the plug points and had a friendly staff member take me from shop to shop in the mall to look for a suitable cable. He was extremely patient and ensured that I found what i was looking for. The added touch of a complimentary bottle of wine at my door was a fabulous touch. My stay was pleasant, the staff friendly accommodating and the breakfast with that view, added to my enjoyable stay.…

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The team is perfect, the cleaning team is thorough so the room is spotless. The bathroom is great, and the beds very comfortable. I received upon request a plate, folk and knife. The kitchenette does not offer cooking possibilities, but it does include a microwave, a good fridge, and a sink. It is recommended to bring further kitchen equipment to the hotel when visiting. Finally, if visiting people at Ichilov, the hotel is extremely practical. Thank you very much for a great stay,.

We stayed here for four nights and couldn't fault this hotel. We took the train from Ben Gurion airport and walked from Savidor centre. We were in the hotel 40 minutes after walking out of the airport terminal and it cost 13NIS per person. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities that you could want. The hotel is well situated so we could walk to the seafront in 30 minutes and walk to all the main shopping areas too. There is an excellent small mall adjoining the hotel which has a good food court and a supermarket. Staff were all very helpful and courteous and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Would definitely return. One thing not mentioned in the official description is that there are world class hospital facilities opposite covering most specialities..just in case!!…

A top experience! Beautiful, quiet, and immaculate rooms, attentive service, the hotel is connected to a great mall with plenty of shopping possibilities; otherwise, although the rooms are tranquil, one is in the center of Tel Aviv. I can highly recommend it.

We love the Vital Hotel ! Every trip to Israel begins with Tel Aviv, the exiting city - and theVital hotel . Where there are spacious and very clean rooms , excellent and friendly service. This hotel is very nice, but beyond that the staff went above and beyond for me which I so appreciated as a business traveler. I was stressed about having to make several business meetings/calls after check out time and they couldn't have been more empathetic and accommodating.
