This, hands down, is one of the few and rare places I totally fell in love with halfway around the world in the Yemenite Quarter of Tel Aviv. Not once did a "they could have done this or that better" thought come into my head once we arrived at the guesthouse. Serge&Michael arranged for a taxi pick-up for us (I...

Thanks for the informative review! seems like you know some great places to see in town, and hopefully you will like our breakfast place when you visit Tel Aviv again, so you can mark it in your list as well! We know you like shopping, so next time we will recommend you the best markets, and new restaurants that were...

We were disappointed on arrival to find out that we would have to change rooms after the first night of our four. To be honest this looked like an error from Booking.com - but why would anyone chose to change rooms during a short stay? Both our rooms had a roof terrace, (the first one was quite smart and well...

Our room was probably the worst one available, the air con didn't work properly, the small fridge was so stocked with items for the mini bar that it was a struggle to fit basic items inside, the very small shower room had a wonky shelf that caused things to fall to the floor and their was no lamp in the...

Shalom from Israel! We paid a close attention to your review and would like to response; The cleaners are all ladies who feel attached in person to the guest house. They care for it and they appreciate the work. Even though a person might be in a bad mood, the staff members are aware to separate between personal issues to...

What a great find: hip decorated apartment fit parents and one 5-year-old comfortably, super friendly and helpful owners, daily cleaning and towel service, fast wifi, airport taxi service, and great location near the beach, Carmel Market, various streets for restaurants and shopping. Also appreciated the free parking spaces right out front. This place is QUITE reasonably priced for how nice...

What an excellent place to stay, in the bohemian and arty Yemenite Quarter of Tel Aviv. Serge and Michael arranged a taxi to collect me from the airport, and even got the WiFi mended super quickly when it didn't work. I had a fantastic room, with a kitchenette, large king size bed, and a good en-suite bathroom. The room was...

We stayed in the Eden House for two nights in feb and even came back after out trip to Jerusalem, because we liked it so much. It is perfectly located, in the middle of everything...5 min to the beach, 5 min to Carmel Market and only about 15 min walk to the great trend district of Neve Tsedek. Serge and...

We are glad to know you used our tips, not only cause it was helpful but also because your positive and negative feedback will follow us when we provide them to future guests. It was really more than one could ask. The beautiful room was even cleaned once a day (although it's more like an apartment hotel). Serge and Michael did everything they could in order to make our vacation pleasant. The location is also superb, close to the center, the beach and Neve Tzedek. I had a car while there, but didn't...

Thanks for reviewing us! your review reminds us that we live in the center of (maybe) one of the greatest places in the world... though parking is not ideal in town, a parking lot, a safe one, and a cheap one, is just near by (on Hakovshim street). Public transport is OK enough (yet not perfect) but fast, secure and...

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Large room with kitchenette, great roof-top deck for breakfast in the morning, good central location. The owners were fabulous (friendly and very helpful). We would definitely stay there again. It has character and would not suit people looking for a 'chain-hotel' atmosphere (e.g. no pool, room service, or cookie-cutter rooms etc.)

We have been trying to build a place in the Yemenite quarter that will match the area spirit: small building, terrace garden hidden at the back, chilled out... the way the houses in the neighborhood are like. In the near future, we won't have a swimming pool or a room service, but will be expanding our services, and will let...

I stayed here not to long ago. The place is spotless and the rooms are fairly large but very basic. Free wi-fi though. It's a relatively good value given the expensive accommodations in Tel Aviv. Thanks for sharing your thoughts about our place! We rather not compare the rates of our rooms and the quality of other places with ours. As you mentioned, TLV is expensive, some places are for budget stay. We have big rooms, small ones, superior and economy ones. Some are basic, but some are generally modernly designed. Bottom line is that...
