In spite of positive reviews, I found it too small (room was just the size of the bed), too noisy (neighbours making noise all night + construction site right across the street), bathroom was minimal and neighbourhood did not look very nice at night. I understand that accommodation is (very) expensive in Tel-Aviv, but in this case I would have...

Our 15 rooms are different to each other, both in design and size. Economy room is the smallest and also the cheapest. If a guest is not happy with the room, we do what's possible to make him or her a pleasant stay. We do not rule the argument that an "international" hotel has facilities we don't; a sauna and...

We stayed at Eden House for a week in October and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Serge and Michael arranged a taxi pick up for us from the airport and there were no hassles even though we were delayed by around 3 hours and they were both there to meet us when we arrived at...

Granted it was quiet for busy Tel Aviv, cos it was Rosh Hashana. Centrally located for the Souk, beach, Ben Yehuda St, shop and restaurants. Granted we had the lovely superb de luxe sun roof room. So can only speak from our experience. The sun roof garden oh boy, - it is a little oasis in Tel Aviv. Being disabled...

Thank you for watching out for the small details of our place. We feel like we represent not only ourselves, but also, in a way, the people of TLV! Even though we want to expend and the become bigger (which means we will no longer be a secret...) we promise to keep our attention the same as if you were...

we had a very nice time at the eden house. the owners are very friendly and helpful. rooms are small (we stayed in two different ones) but tastefully decorated and rather well equipped with plates, mugs and a fridge. no tv though. there`s a nice common sitting area outside. it`s not the most quiet place, as other reviewers have stated,...

Studio apt, clean, new. Perfect location for first visit to Tel Aviv, the area is dilapidated but vibrant. Markets, beach, shops, cafes etc all within easy reach. The guys that run the place are lovely, very helpful and seem keen to provide the best service possible.

Nice people running it. - However be aware, if you need more than this - Within the size/to/price ratio, your ARE paying MORE THAN a 5 STAR HOTEL. Studio Apartment is justified by a token kitchen counter with sink being installed. Has no clear glass windows, room is a v v small space [like a cell in a corridor], paper...

Dear All, Eden House TLV does its best to meet our guests needs in full. In most cases we succeed doing so. However, Every once in a while, despite our efforts, there might be an exception. We invite you all to read and take notice of the good reviews that other guests have written here. We are most flattered from...

A sweet and quaint little guest house within walking distance of Jaffa and Tel Aviv tourist sites, great cafes and nightlife. A few rooms, like ours, are in the building across the street, which has some other permanent residents, but this didn't detract at all from the quality of our stay. What really makes this place worth it is the...

My husband, son and I stayed here for 2 nights in June 2010. The Eden House residence was perfect. A great location just 7 min walk to the beach. We had a room with a small kitchenette which is always invaluable when you are traveling with a one year old. Serge and Michael could not have been nicer. They even...

Michael and Serge are excellent hosts and are very responsive to guest questions and concerns. The rooms are on the small side, but are quiet and very clean.

It is a great help for us to read your feedback, as we always want to improve, change, upgrade and do whatever it takes to make our rooms not only clean, simple and a good value, but also a room you are happy to come back to after a long day of traveling in Israel!
