My Fiancée and I stayed there for a month and two weeks, the room was clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Jordan! They were extremely accommodating. We got to hotel super late and we didn’t want to wait, because we were really tired from our trip, they made us check in. So, this was a big plus. I would love to give a special thanks to “Faris” at the reception, he was very friendly and took good care of us.

I stayed in The House for 2 weeks. It beats your expectations in everything. Starting with impeccable service at reception with Faris and Lina up to your very clean suite, superb wifi, excellent room service, tasty wide choice breakfast, toiletries, kitchennette, free self-service laundry. Superb calm location but still within 2 minutes of walking distance to the Corner Pub, Alawne exchange and several other restos.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Hotel is beautiful. Suites are spacious, clean and view is wonderul. Staff is helpful, nice , welcoming and will make your stay memorable. Food is delecious and breakfast was outstanding. When we arrived we found the suite decorated by front disk with flower pedals and candles. Big thanks for everyone at hotel for making our stay wondeful. One of the best hotels in Amman

Stayed there for 5 days 4 nights, staff are lovely, spacious rooms and good amenities. Quiet hotel, great location i have a car but preferred to walk to places. Breakfast during corona was somewhat cold but it was okay. Definitely need to purchase more comfortable pillows and duvets as they don’t scream im staying in a 5 star hotel, so it lowers the rating in my opinion.

The hotel currently has only two floors open due to the limited number of bookings. The room service is efficient and the hotel's kitchen staff prepares nice meals. Faris was my representative at the front desk and provided a room upgrade, all pre-requested extras in the room and an very good overview of all services currently available in the hotel. He also assisted with contacting the Eye Specialty Clinic and getting a GPS location for it. During my overnight stay, each staff member I encountered was above a beyond helpful. The room I was assigned was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The king sized bed was great, I didn't get up for breakfast because I slept the best that I have in a long while during my travels. I see other ratings here with some issues, but my experience was just fine. I'll return again next month as I pass through again!…
