This is an old tired hotel. Really only good for a one night stay if that's all you can afford. Pros: Decent bed Shower is hot Located next to large shopping mall with supermarket and eatery Cons: Tired, rickety furniture Tiled floors so there's noise from scraping chairs from above Noise from outside Hit and miss wifi Only plug for...

I stayed here twice in a week, and had two separate rooms. The hotel staff were very nice and responded in a timely manner to our requests. The lobby and common areas were nice, and there was security at the entrance, though it was not used. The rooms were clean, but a little worn. Several of the electrical outlets were...

The staff is awesome in the Amman Inn. Although some of them did not speak english they made their best effort to accommodate all my needs. The hotel is located next to the Avenues Mall which made shopping covenient. They even have a supermarket in the mall. Now for the downside. The decor is 1970s and that's probably the last...

The offer of an upgrade on the desk was pleasant, but that was it. On the face of it, nothing was seriously bad. It was just all consistently poor and the details mounted up. The promise...

The hotel features reasonably clean rooms and bathrooms in a wealthy and safe area of Amman. The rooms are unfortunately not sound-isolated. The breakfast buffet wasn't particularly rich. Although most of the staff speak / understand english, we had some difficulties in "getting things done" due to the irritating approach of one receptionist. All in all, an OK, although not...
