Stayed here 5 weeks a few years ago. felt like part of the family by the end. was having dinner with the staff in their homes, going to weddings with the manager. very very friendly and the greatest hospitality i have received from any hotel on the planet. a personal feel, nothing like you would receive at a 5 star.

I was on my way back from Aqaba, been on the bus for a whole day and will have to catch a flight around 3am next morning to Greece. I thought I might as well find a place to take a shower and charge my phone for a bit. So I pulled up my phone, found this place (cheapest )...

Sunrise was cheap which was what we needed but I wish we had stayed somewhere else. The room and bathroom cleanliness was average. It was fine for a couple of nights but we are pretty low maintenance. Here is some info. about the rooms and you can decided what things are important to you. We had clean sheets and pillow...

My girlfriend and I stayed for one night following mixed reviews of a cheap hotel in Jordan, plus they offered airport transfer to pick us up from our 2am arrival into Amman (for 25JD). We took it so we knew we were sorted coming into Jordan without hassle. Driver was 35 minutes late but at 2am you're just glad he's...

So the price was super cheap at 4Jd a night, but it was not worth it. The location is really far from anything, most of the staff were awful, and the rooms were disgusting. The sisters were nice, but the brother Odai was awful to talk to. After paying 4jd for my bed they said 10 minutes and the bed...

I needed a cheap place to stay in a vibrant part of the city and I got it. I stayed in a dorm and was satisfied, but keep in mind that typical western-style comfort is not especially important to me. The toilet was temperamental and the shower was nonfunctional. The bed was perfect for me, but another person might have...

Ive made a complaint to travel...

I paid for two nights stay at the dorm room at Sun Rise, because it’s cheap and a friend’s (bad) recommendation and thought that this place was near the JETT station. The bad rating reviews are absolutely true. I would not recommend staying here. There are many other places that are closer to the JETT station. Sun Rise is a...

Dirty rooms, irregular and non existent meal timings, despite all meals being included. Grossly over charging of trips and tours, despite all tours being included. Constant pestering by hotel management, they are only too eager to change your dollars for their "made up" rate of the day. Believe nothing they tell you.

this is the worst place I've ever stayed!! it was very dirty and grimy, the bathroom was covered in mould, everything was broken, the TV, the toilet, the lock on the bathroom door, the "mattress" was just a very thin piece of foam so its like sleeping on a hard wooden board as you go straight through so I only...
