The hotel staff were great, especially housemen and the overnight receptionist (Ruhab). Other than that the hotel is terrible:

No frills hotel with large rooms.... I believe the building was originally meant for apartments. We stayed here as a stopover on the way to Jerash in order to skip the traffic in Downtown Amman.
