I used to book a room in this hotel's sister hotel, Gardenia, and I though it would be the same. It wasn't. The rooms are too small for comfort, the reception area very compact and it could use more cleanliness and maintenance in the bathrooms. Other than that, the staff were friendly

Chose Misk Hotel due to its high ratings on TA and its close proximity to Tarabour Bus Station (for a shared taxi to Allenby Bridge @7 JD). Made reservation directly via email after my initial email inquiry was promptly answered. On the same trip, I stayed again at the Misk on my travel back from the Allenby Bridge to the...

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for two nights for a quick visit to Amman and a day tour to Petra. The hotel is in a very convenient location, off to a side street away from the heavy traffic. The room was a very reasonable size, well arranged and clean. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Upon...

Stayed in one of business trips and nice, calm location. Hotel is clean and rooms are small. Budget hotel in the "budget category" with skeleton staff. Cant say staff was friendly but not rude either. There are very few things required on business trips and one of them is having iron board & box. Its not that its mandatory but...

I stayed 3 times in this hotel in 2016. Very good for 1 or 2 nights stay. Average to good breakfast. Maybe it needs to be improved. Clean rooms showers need more attention. Not all the time the first time it was so clean but the other 2 times it was not. Friendly staff . Don't take rooms beside the...

Nice hotel located in an ok area, and for a reasonable price per night, very clean, and the staff are friendly...Will definitely stay again on future trips. There are many locations to shop from around there such as supermarkets and convenience stores.

A nice small clean hotel. Internet was horrible. They tried to fix it but they couldn't. Had to stay till 2 AM in the lobby working. Asked them to arrange a cab driver they got me a car with an extremely rude driver who shouted at me and screamed. Very bad experience. But staff at the hotel is polite.

As most reviewers have already mentioned, this hotel is centrally located with easy access to taxis to get around the town. There is ample parking both in the front and beside the hotel as well. The rooms are small, but when in Amman, you do not want to spend time in the rooms! Small but clean rooms with just the...

Newer hotel in a good location. Comfortable, quiet, clean rooms with nice bathrooms. It is owned and managed by a local family, which is a plus for me. Breakfasts are simple. I like the mini frig (rather than a mini-bar) in the room.

Nicely located. Good business hotel. Rooms are cozy, just like ACOR Group. But centrally located. Mall close by. Evening walk is Njoyable. Nearby nice restaurants. Hubble Bubbles are easily available for those who love to smoke.
