I had the best experience in my life with the hotel and the staff , I had my sunset wedding there on 10.07.2022 and I wash shocked how they focus on very deep small details to make sure that all the invited people is happy and satisfied from the Hotel management in there support, to Hiba & George in the event team as they did a wonderful work in the organizing part , to the Banqueting team for what they did in the dinner part and after ( most of our invitees were shocked about there amazing service ), also big thanks to Mr. fadi Awad for his help and especial thanks to our wedding Shadow Mr. Rakan Al-Sqour as this guy is the right meaning of professional guy at work , he didn’t leave us any second and he was always smiling to give positive energy to keep us happy and satisfied , he was giving the right tips and a lot more . Also I stayed in the hotel three nights and there rooms was amazing , clean , very quick service Thanks to everyone in the Four Season Amman 5*…
This upscale hotel is situated along with three other high end brand hotels occupying the 'four corners' of a busy intersection some distance from downtown Amman. The walkability around the hotel is a bit dodgy, even to restaurants within the other hotels. The walk to the downtown area is a bit barren. So we hired a car and driver organized by the hotel to take us on a tour of the sites. The lobby, restaurants and rooms are very upscale. We loved our initial room which was modern and contemporary. However, the room overlooked the intersection and we could hear traffic noise through the 'soundproof' windows. We were assigned an equally attractive room at back of hotel overlooking the main entrance to lobby. It was much quieter. Service was consistently outstanding. All staff that we encountered were pleasant and helpful, including the security staff at the entrance. Breakfast buffet was high quality with an eggs station for fresh cooked dishes. We ate dinner two nights in hotel and food and service were very good.…
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Amman when were in town for a wedding. I don't really know where to begin. What an experience. From the moment we walked into the hotel at 1:30AM, after almost a full day of travel, everybody at the hotel made us feel at home! Throughout our entire stay, the entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Almost everybody knew our names and was willing to help with anything we needed. There were so many people who helped, but Mustafa specifically went above and beyond. Prior to our arrival I had been in touch with him numerous times to plan excursions He made sure that every detail was taken care of. Our suite was huge and impeccably clean. The outdoor pool was very nice and despite the hot Jordanian sun, the water was quite crisp, allowing for a nice refuge from the heat. There is also an indoor pool, but we didn't use it. The spa services were also top notch and some of the best massages we have ever gotten. The gym was large and well equipped. The morning breakfast buffet was probably the best we've ever had at a hotel. From typical items like omelettes, waffles, and smoked salmon, to local Arabic foods and delicious dates! La Capitale - the main restaurant was also delicious. If you go you must order the burger and octopus carpaccio. Ultimately, this was THE best hotel experience we've ever had! Thank you to everybody!…
Really helpful staff at reception. The room are really clean, gym and swimming pools need improvement to match the rest of the hotel standards. Breakfast was perfect lots of variety, room service was excellent
As the birthday girl it was an amazing surprise i loved it. They were very hospitable. I will definitely come again. A special thank you for the staff, Murad, abdullah, rama, jen and Michelle. A great experience.
This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in terms of service. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is centrally located and lovely ! The lobby always has fresh flowers replenished regularly. The rooms are big and modern - recently refurbished. The breakfast buffet has a wide array of choice and plentiful. I am a regular visitor to Amman and always choose to stay here.
The Four Seasons Amman has been around for a couple of decades, yet it matures like a fine wine. I've stayed here several times, always with family, and I've attended many wedding or dining functions as well. I could recognize that the hotel has undergone a major remodel in recent years that has created a more sophisticated and modernized room look, feel and experience. The beds are outstanding, super comfortable and oozing with luxurious linens. Electrical outlets and USB offerings served all of my electronics and recharging needs. The rooms are spacious, clean and offer a lounging couch and work desk. The views face either East or West areas of Amman, but the view to the East is no obscured a bit with the construction of the new Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences next door. On this trip, we stayed several days in a lovely suite to start, and it was spacious and luxurious with extra bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, and a large living room, although I would suggest the addition of small laundry washer and dryer for guests. After we toured around the sites of Jordan for a few days, we returned to the hotel and stayed in adjoining rooms that frankly offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at Four Seasons only seems to improve with age. When I stayed there 10 and 12 years ago with my family, service was predictably more aligned with famously indifferent Jordanian hospitality, which was not considered world class at the time. One of the nice things about my recent stay is seeing how management has infused a new culture of professionalism and service that is certainly more on par with the standards one expects from fine hotels worldwide. I recognized some faces on the valet and security staff, employees who have been with the hotel since its opening, and their veteran positions translate into a deep familiarity, customer centric service and ownership of guest satisfaction. Mamdouh, who is a manager at the front desk, was consistently ensuring that the needs of my family were being addressed. The restaurant staff for breakfast was so much better, more attentive and efficient than they were 12 years ago, making breakfast a delightful experience. La Capitale, the dinner restaurant, is one of the finest in Amman, both in terms of food and service. The pools at Four Seasons Amman are great, but if I could improve anything it would be adding an extra server during busy times at the pool to help speed up service there. I'm happy to report that Four Seasons Amman remains a top hotel destination in Jordan and sets the example for others to follow even after all of these years. When I need hotel accommodations during my multiple annual business trips to Amman, this hotel remains at the top of my list for all the right reasons.…
We have spent a wonderful time at the Four Seasons Amman. The team there is just wonderful. The service is flawless, kind and personalized to make you feel as home. A special thanks to the Front Desk team and especially Nayef (concierge manager), Naïf and Emad without forgetting the amazing breakfast team (Mohamed Ahmad, Nermeen, Sulaiman, Ayman and Yazeed…). Thanks to you all !! We hope to be back soon.
We came for 2 nights to enjoy weather and use the swimming pool, however the outdoor swimming pool temperature is 23-25 which is extremely freezing, it is now 2PM and no one is using the pool, we complained and they just said that use the indoor one it is 28 degrees !!! the indoor is very noisy, pressured, you can smell the strong chemicals add to all of this you can’t enjoy the weather… the problem a lot of guest around me are complaining why the pool is so cold and no one cares
I stayed 4 days and I can’t wait to come back! The staff was absolutely amazing, very pampering and caring, from the front office, the Spa/fitness team, the F&B team, the housekeeping, the concierge, all of them always very patient, helpful, smiling and very dedicated to the guests! Bravo! I had an amazing time and everything was perfect. The room spacious and with all the comforts, the breakfast super delicious and with all kind of food and healthy options. I really recommend the SPA treatments, very professional and amazing! The fitness center is well equipped and the personal trainers very good! The drivers we booked for our trips (to Jerash and Monte Nebo) were both very professional and it was a great service! Definitely if back to Amman means I am back to Four Seasons!
