I'll always recommend this hotel, the staff mostly. There were a few kinks here and there but overall, the service is up to par and the room, in-room dining, friendliness is always excellent. I'll come back regularly inshallah.
This hotel has been the best hotel I visited so far, I tried several others in Amman, Jordan but never received the same level of customer service. All staff in each facility are very professional, helpful and caring. They try their best to make you comfortable and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
We sat at the terrace Five Grill and Lounge which had an amazing seating area, the staff were very friendly and the food was great. I would recommend the place! I tried the pasta and the chicken breast; I really enjoyed my food. The Shisha is also great!
I’ve visited so many hotels, this one is the best so far, the service was amazing, we had been served by an employee called “Merza”, he always made sure that everything is great and checked us many times if we needed anything. The place is beautiful and if you are looking for a place to hangout with a friend then consider giving the five up at the four season a try!
We spent two nights in a Deluxe Room in the Four Seasons Amman. The room appeared to have been recently refurbished and was very comfortable. Highlights of the large room include a large TV, ample outlets and USB ports to plug up devices, very comfortable bed with down pillows and duvet, a large bathroom with separate toilet and strong water pressure. We used the pool on several occasions and having just arrived from touring Petra, it offered the perfect respite. Overall, staff was friendly and very accommodating as they helped us make dinner reservations and arrange transportation in Amman. We also took advantage of in room dining for breakfast and we enjoyed that. Delivery was quick and the food was hot. All in all we really enjoyed the hotel. Things to know: 1) One thing we have noted in recent stays at the Four Seasons is that turndown service is now provided on request only, due to Covid. We would recommend that this option be sorted out at check in so that guests know what to expect one way or another - we happens to still want turndown service. 2) The hotel is in a good part of town located near other major hotels. That said, the Four Seasons is on a major thoroughfare and did not feel particularly walkable to restaurants, cafes, etc. 3) When using the ‘hotel cabs’, be very specific that you want to go point to point. We used a ‘hotel cab’ and ended up getting an unwanted scenic tour on the way home.…
