I wouldn't have booked a stay at this hotel but we were a part of a tour group and they selected the hotels . It isn't bad but getting quite old . Just average rooms , average breakfast . We checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning so didn't really experience much at this hotel...

3 star Hotel in Amman Jordan. Could be cleaner. The room was ok but not to my standards of even a 3 star. The hotel is connected on to the Regency Palace a 5 star hotel.... Bed was awful, had to sleep on one side lol.

We only stayed one night and so our review is a little limited. The Check In process was easy and first rate. The room was to the standard we had paid for and expected, no complaints, good bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi connection and nice towels (always a bonus). Breakfast was similarly good but didn't have a chef station for pancakes or...

I stayed here for 3 nights twice as it was the start and finishing hotel for our tour group. The staff were really friendly and helpful, (even though they did give me the wrong directions to the shopping area) Breakfast was good with lots of choices and constantly being restocked when it was busy. Both rooms i stayed in were...

We stayed in this hotel one night in June 2016. The room was modern and comfortable. The front end staff spoke English which helped for informational purposes. Our dinner and breakfast were very delicious. The thing that upset me was I put a tip on the table for our waitress who was cleaning the table. The host swept in and...

stay at Grand Palace hotel and take advantage of its twin-ship with Regency hotel. both hotels are attached to each other. Grand Palace has no swimming poor nor a gym. no problem, you can use those facilities at Regency hotel for free. Grand Hotel cafe, that serves drinks, close at 11pm. No problem, use Regency lobby bar that close at...

I was here for 2 nights on a G-Adventures/National Geographic tour. The hotel was comfortable with spacious rooms. Wifi is free and works in the lobby and the bedrooms (but not in restaurant). You need an individual numeric password for each device you use it on, and the password expires every 24 hours so every day you need to call...

This is certainly not a 4-Star hotel by normal western standards (probably would be classed a 3-Star elsewhere). The rooms are due for a rehab, but I doubt that it will happen while tourism is as depressed as it is in Jordan. The staff was mixed with some very good and attentive people and some who seem like they couldn’t...

This was our first trip to Amman and the Grand Palace was a good choice. It was chosen by our guide and the rooms was very big. The bathroom was also big. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and the dinner was ok. We went for a walk one night, but not much close by,...

We also stayed here for three nights as part of a tour group. Room was OK, had an old CRT type TV, the bed was reasonably comfortable, decor is dated but clean, we looked out over the rear of the hotel and were able to open a sliding glass door for some fresh air. This particular room didn't smell too...
