Arrived early hurs after flight from UK. Staff said I was booked into a single room but they were small and so they 'upgraded'me to a king size bedroom. Breakfast - good choices. Clean hotel, no frills.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days, in the 3rd day. my laundry bag got stolen from the room, when I say MY LAUNDRY BAG, I mean a bag that I use to put my dirty clothes, where I'm going to take home and do the laundry, not the HOTEL LAUNDRY BAGS, but it disappeared from the room, and...

Rooms are a bit tired, not super clean (we had a quick look under the bed...... Terrible). Airconditioning too cold and impossible to change the temperature. The food is slightly overcooked and Breakfast is not fantastic. As a smoker, it is still very disturbing to find people smoking everywhere especialy in the relaxation room! Facilities in general are very very...

I had to stay there for one night on transit in Amman and my comments may not be fair to the readers but I would like to share my short personal experience. The hotel is supposed to be a 4 star hotel by its not. I have to admit that as I went up to the room I did not...

We stayed at this hotel twice on a holiday organised by Explore. The first room we had was very small and had lighting on only one side. There were nasty stains on the floor and matress although the room itself seemed clean enough. The bathroom was miniscule and the water pressure very poor. We suspected that we had been sqeezed...

I stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is at very good location with excellent decorations and rooms are neat and clean. Though the staffs are friendly, they understand little english. Nice city view from the room. Food quality is average and limited variety.

Clean, quiet, safe ... boring, bland, average. First impressions match the name with a lovely atrium and beautiful lifts. Nothing else quite lived up to that promise. Rooms were small, single beds and quite thin mattresses. Bathroom was small and flooded quickly. Location is on the main road, in a nice safe area, but there are no shops, cafes, restaurants...

I spent a night at the hotel. The lobby is good, the dinner is very nice. The rooms are large. The lady at the front desk stand out as the only sore point; she refuses to smile or try to be helpful. But that should not take anything away from the hotel. We had to leave very early in the...
